At the end of the day this isn't the cheapest coop option, but the quality is great and I love that I was able to customize. I added a few features like a litter tray that will make cleaning and caring for the animals much easier. Also happy that I was able to get free delivery and they set everything up perfectly. My shed came with wind damage to the roof that occurred due to wind and transportation issues. That being said, Mike Martin of Quality Sheds immediately took responsibility and made arrangements for complete repair of the damaged roof. The Shop Manager and his assistant who came on site to repair the roof were polite, professional and very proficient. Kauffman built it on a #2 stone pad that I had prepared at a very reasonable cost I gave Kauffman some requirements for the building so that it matched the other houses on my property. I wanted a screened in porch on the front and although they had never done that , they agreed to do it . They showed up prior to the due date at 7:00 AM with the building parts and carted them down a steep embankment next to the Susquehanna river. A group of true craftsman put the building together in 7 hours to my exact specifications.
