He looked at the machine, and immediately said "the electric cord you're using is bad". He found another cord in my garage, plugged it into the blower, and it immediately started! Joe also looked at my dryer vent, because I mentioned my dryer isn't working as well as it used to; he noted a piece of ice at the exit point, removed it, and gave ne many tips regarding the dryer, the maintanance of my snow blower, my lawn mower, and my faucet outside. For a half hour's worth of time and labor, he potentially saved me thousands of dollars. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and relayed a lot of very useful information on how to make my machines last as long as possible. For a $35.00 fee (half an hour's labor), Joe had just saved me thousands of dollars I was planning to use to buy a new snow blower and dryer. It was the best early "Christmas gift" I hadn't expected. Joe works on installing/fixing outdoor cameras, treadmills, microwaves, snow blowers, lawn mowers, and more! I very highly recommend him!

Called the office at least half dozen times to get someone over to fix bad levelling. Second visit did not improve the problem, and the stone step was never glued properly and has loose stones. The entire patio now slopes toward the house and all water on the patio drains toward the house. The end result is that the patio is worse than before they releveled. I would give zero stars if I could. Total rip off. Terrrible customer service.

The problem was serious enough that hydraulic fluid went through the brake system and over filled the front differential. This was shortly after the Oct 31 storm that left us 5 1/2 inches of rain. We had severe damage to some roads and could not be without a loader. I made a phone call to Keith McGovern in the sales dept. and that same afternoon he informed me that another loader was on the way. We could use this loader until ours was fixed! We never had to use the borrowed loader because , at the same time Keith was helping us Milton Cat's service dept. was also involved with our huge problem. Within three hours of my phone call a service tech. was at our location. His name is Kyle Trombley and he is a very professional and energetic young man. Within 2 1\2 hrs. Kyle had removed the entire front differential from the machine. The next morning he came back with a new differential, and our loader was running by 10 AM. I know there were more folks behind the scene that were involved in this service. I thank you all, and would highly recommend you to anyone.
