We hired Desha Howard for "move-in" cleaning services. She started off by giving me a quote for…read morecleaning a 3bd 1bath house for $135 (see attached photo). I had explained that the stove really needed attention because it was filthy from the previous owner. We then had to change the appointment time we scheduled, and Desha seemed to understand and was accommodating. We appreciated that. Additionally, when she did the work, the house looked great! She definitely cleaned it well. So well, that we even gave her extra money as a thank you for such a great job and for us changing the appointment time. Fast forward a few weeks, we wanted to use her services for another house. This house is the same size with same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This time, it's $135 but she wouldn't be cleaning the stove because we said we were planning on replace that. I was confused. Wait, last time it was $135 with the stove and this time it's excluding an appliance? I told her this doesn't make sense and showed her the quote from yelp from before. She said that I had told her the refrigerator didn't really need to be cleaned so she cut her price last time. My yelp message clearly does not show that conversation. Additionally, she said she saw the refrigerator wasn't dirty, and so she lowered her price on that house. Problem is, this isn't true because she didn't see the refrigerator in advance before she sent us the quote. After sending her the message attached, she then proceeded to call and literally yell at us for being "confused!" Desha told us we're lucky because normally she charges $190 overall and extra fees for each appliance.... Well, after listening to her go off on us for long enough, I tried to calmly explain my point. She yelled at me again saying, "My price is my price and I'm not going to go back and forth with you!" As she continued to shout at me, I causally said thank you for her previous work, as she continued to talk over me, and ended our call. I am just shocked she thinks a repeated customer (who would have brought her house after house as part of a business) would be the person she should try and manipulate. Sad because her service wasn't bad at all, her attitude is and her random pricing is. I've attached photos so everyone can see how nice we were and how out of line she is. I don't recommend people use her services until she can establish a price menu and change her attitude towards her customers. April 26th 7:15pm: Desha responded to our review with some pretty baseless statements. First, the refrigerator was not discussed over the phone. Ever. The first time I ever spoke with Desha on the phone was Sunday April 7th (same date we originally scheduled her services). However, her quote is clearly from March 19th (see the photo). Secondly, she's not charging the same price when she excludes appliances she originally agreed to clean for that price just a few weeks prior. That's called raising your prices... which, for or the record, is fine but not when you pretend you didn't raise them and you gave me a phantom discount on the previous service. That leads me to Thirdly, the idea we ever raised our voices is laughable. We answered with "Hello" and she started in on us immediately. Not once was I allowed to say a word as she continued to yell at me over the phone about how she isn't going to go back and forth with me. Yet, if she would have actually listened, I probably could have just understood her point of view. Clearly her anger got the best of her. Too bad for her. I'm not out to destroy any businesses since I run one. Shortly after posting this review due to her irate behavior, she sent us the passive aggressive text messages (now attached via photos): "Thanks for the great review!" And "Find something else to do with your time please!" Well this is a good use of my time Desha. To make sure you do a better job with communication, not lie about me raising my voice, and so you don't lose out on more customers.

After they clean, my apartment feels like a totally refreshed space! They are attentive to any special concerns or requests. For example, my shower curtain needed replacement, and they took the time to remove the old one and install the new one I had purchased. In addition, they provide their services in a very efficient manner (only about an hour for a very comprehensive cleaning of my apartment). I am so happy to support such an excellent local business, and look forward to supporting this business in the future. I really have zero complaints…read more Moving can be rough in any situation, but moving while your shady ex-landlords are watching you is much worse (long story... we're pressing charges.) Anyways, these guys made it a breeze while adding laughs along the way! They showed up right on time with a huge truck and maneuvered that bad boy on Bridge Avenue. If you know CLE neighborhoods, that's not an easy feat. They started right away with explaining everything we needed to know, had us sign paperwork and answered all questions we had. First, they told us the more we helped moved things ourselves, the quicker it would go which would essentially make it cheaper. They were totally OK with us helping shave some time off our end bill, which was a huge help. Secondly, these guys move FAST. The were tackling large furniture items left and right and I was surprised how quickly they moved. Honestly, I was worried about one of the guys who was a little on the smaller side (not an insult, just a bit lean), but he totally rocked through everything. And all this while carefully removing doors, not damaging walls and they fit everything perfectly and safely inside the truck. WOO! Third, we were just moving up the street, and they made sure they found the most efficient and quick way to get what was in the truck into our new house. They didn't wait around, racking up time and ultimately costs. Major bonus. Along the way they asked us where we wanted things, so by the time they were done, we had all our furniture in the right rooms. Lastly, these guys were so.nice. Like, really cool dudes. We bought them lunch and they took their "lunch break" time off our bill! And they were talkative and fun! Movers who are fun? Yes, they exist. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Heck, I'd invite them over for parties! The one little hiccup we had was a wasps nest that was located near our front door, which was the entrance best for loading in large items. Instead of freaking out, they found a new solution and kept going. The one guy was allergic (as am I), but eventually he just went right back to loading into the front without even thinking about it. Like I said, these guys are awesome. Highly recommended!

They did not use bubble wrap, or even packing paper. They threw delicate items, literally threw, I saw them, throwing them into boxes and just broke our PS5, our clocks, anything electrical. Anything delicate was damaged. They left doors broken in our new house. It was awful. I don't understand how they could be a professional company. When we went back to our original house, we found that they just left like 1/3 of our belongings were still there. But thrown around randomly on the floor just a complete mess, not packed. Just a horror story. We spent the next day trying to recover our stuff from the old house. And clean up after them. Thank God we moved the PC and laptops ourselves.

He showed up to do the estimate at my property and provided an estimate via email. He said to secure him for the start date I needed him to start on, he needs a 50% security deposit of $1575. I've sent over via VENMO to @JayKazz with Kazz Handyman Services $1575 on 7/30/2025 at 2:35 pm for agreed work, but the work was never performed. Contractor is ignoring my request to return the funds. Clear breach of agreement and using VENMO for fraud. I know have to go through the process of writing to Venmo, Yelp, filing police reports, complaint to the state contractor board, BBB and small claims court just for $1575. I am doing this to make sure no one else has to experience this fraudulent act by Jared Kacsandi at Kazz Handyman Services.

So we decided to use them again, and right off the bat there was heavy , shameless pressure from the sales rep to commit right away. Despite our misgivings, we signed on. Since then their communication was poor, and when the work was done, we were left with a crack in the wall that the contract excuses them from fixing. It took a week for someone to call me back just to say they weren't liable. So if you want quality service and a responsive company, I would look elsewhere.

Maybe the worst company I have ever dealt with. We had siding, insulation, doors, and gutters done…read moreto our house. This was not an inexpensive endeavor. The siding was completed in 2013 and the other parts of the Jon in 2012. The siding has never been completed properly. I have had to call 5-6 times to have the siding repaired in the same location as it would routinely blow off the house. I should also state that when I called last year my call was not returned and I had to call them a second time. I was also told that they no longer had my paperwork from when the job was completed. Recently the caulking that was on the window casing has deteriorated allowing water into the house. This has caused water damage inside my home. I called about three weeks and was told I would receive a call back and never did. I decided to use another company who came out the same day and did the repairs within a week. Unless you want subpar workmanship, rude and inconsiderate people I would use someone else.

I purchased the most adorable little pieces of art that had a small bird holding a sign that reads, "A little bird told me today will be beautiful." + Pet stuff that isn't tacky, especially the ceramic statues as well as the pet memorial items (which are very hard to find). + Unique garden decor. I adored the awesome solar-powered glass-blown(?) flowers that collect light during the day and light up at night. + Fun cards and they do beautiful, free gift-wrapping. You can do everything all at one time! + Gorgeous windchimes and another artisan decor. Just stop by with nothing in mind, and explore! If you're even remotely into buying people gifts (like me, I love buying my friends and family little presents for no reason), have a garden, or a patio, stop in and look around. You'll undoubtedly find a few things that make you smile at affordable prices.
