Causeway location....Scotty told us delivery would be Monday, made arrangements for closing our…read morestorage unit on Sunday (no extra time available from them) and had the Uhaul reserved. Nope, can't get the unit there until Thursday. Now we had no way of leaving stuff in storage any longer so we had to rent the Uhaul extra days, costing quite a bit more. Scotty nor the owner were willing to do anything to make the situation right. The "owner" never even reached out to speak to us. Scotty may have just not known but that's no excuse after he's been there so long. So, once they have your money and contract signed there is no service left to be had. We won't be returning and will be making a complaint with Better Business and the finance company.
