The dealership took no accountability or responsibility and was very dismissiv and washed thier hands with you as a custome. They bait you in to get your money. it once you leave the lot. that same friendly attitude is out the window. We were due for our 100,000 mile maintenance and needed some preventative service done. We were visiting Uniontown had to leave in a few days -- but Sam was generous in fitting us in during a busy week. He did a lot of research to find the parts we needed, fast (and cheaply) and gave us a solid quote (which was much cheaper than anything we would have found where we live). When we came to pick the car up, Sam was thorough and walked us through everything he did to the car. He showed us the parts he replaced and told us about some additional issues the car had that he simply took care of for us. He had checked our previous maintenance records and left us with some great tips and pointers for how to best take care of our particular type of engine. He told us how one prior mechanic messed something (small) up on the car and told us the cheapest way to fix it once we were back home. The total matched his quote exactly and we were so impressed with the whole experience. He was careful, efficient, polite, professional, totally honest -- and very, VERY reasonably priced! I tried to open the door, it was locked, checked the hours, checked my phone, felt like an idiot. Then the guy comes out and asks if I need help. Told him I needed an oil change and he told me to pull up to one of the bays, they open in 5 min. I got pulled in, they got my name, mileage and what kind of oil I wanted.
