This resulted in us having to throw out 4 or 5 large bottles of barely-used wine. A little frustrating, but something they can easily fix for the future. I'd still recommend them to anyone!

They provided absolutely everything we needed for the bar and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. They provided non alcoholic bevs, garnishes, cups, ice, bev naps, cute straws, adorable bar decor and more! Getting those items ourselves would have been way more work than we could have handled during such a busy time and they don't overcharge you at all for all of these necessities. And on top of a flawless and extremely helpful planning process, when I FINALLY made my way to the bar at my wedding, I was so impressed with how good it looked!!! I thought a bourbon tasting and bourbon cocktail themed party would be fun but knowing nothing about bourbon I was kind of intimidated. I contacted PBS and they responded stating that they had the perfect bartender Alex for the event. Alex contacted me prior to the event and gave me suggestions on bourbons and quantities I should purchase. The happy hour was so much fun and Alex was amazing to work with. He arrived early, set up and kept the drinks flowing. He was also extremely knowledgeable about bourbon which the guests loved. The party ended up going later than expected and Alex offered to stay later if needed which was appreciated and accepted. This will be the only bartending company I will use going forward as the quality of their service is superb.

Timeline of Issues: * June 2024: Tony provided a quote and contract for our wedding bar service (champagne, one beer, one specialty cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages; we'd buy and deliver). Deposit sent. * January 2025: Email detailed drink selections and our plan to potentially rent glassware (as they only offered disposable). * March 2025: Communication turned cold. They claimed the original quote was only for champagne pouring and that our requests were outside the scope, despite months of clear communication. They insisted on a revised contract with an added fee, even though our needs hadn't significantly changed (we were even willing to forgo rented glassware). It seemed Larissa, who hadn't been involved initially, disagreed with Tony's pricing. * Late April 2025: We coordinated inventory drop-off with Tony (Chick-fil-A in Leesburg). When we inquired about a cocktail tasting, Larissa said we'd need to book a private event at a bar. We declined. * Hours Before Inventory Drop-off: We received a cancellation email and Venmo refund with a vague text citing "further consideration" and differing expectations. They didn't respond to our requests for clarification. Their unprofessionalism and last-minute cancellation caused significant stress. Do not hire TL Bartending.
