I hired PBS as I needed help with a happy hour birthday party I was hosting at my house for a friend who loves bourbon. I thought a bourbon tasting and bourbon cocktail themed party would be fun but knowing nothing about bourbon I was kind of intimidated. I contacted PBS and they responded stating that they had the perfect bartender Alex for the event. Alex contacted me prior to the event and gave me suggestions on bourbons and quantities I should purchase. The happy hour was so much fun and Alex was amazing to work with. He arrived early, set up and kept the drinks flowing. He was also extremely knowledgeable about bourbon which the guests loved. The party ended up going later than expected and Alex offered to stay later if needed which was appreciated and accepted. We used PBS for our wedding and they did a great job. Saved us a lot of money over using our caterer (who had planned to charge us per drink). We bought all the liquor. wine, and beer and they supply ice, mixers, buckets, etc. if you need it. They even have estimates on their website for how much to buy depending on the size of your group. After the party, the leftovers are yours. Jeffrey was our bartender and he was very professional, friendly, and cleaned everything up after the reception. If you are close to them, it's a real bargain. We were out on the Eastern shore, so they had to charge for his drive time which increased the cost. But still it ended up much cheaper than if the caterer had supplied the booze. Plus, like I said, any leftovers went to us or our guests to take home. read more

My husband and I recently used Pro Bar Serve for our wedding. They were fantastic. My contact at the company answered all my questions (and I had a million, as I have never thrown a wedding before!) patiently. My husband and I purchased all the alcohol, and two days before our wedding he sprained his ankle. Our servers and bartenders from ProBar Serve stepped right in and helped carry all the alcohol in to the venue from the parking lot, which I'm sure they would have helped with anyway, but they were just super nice about everything. Honestly, I personally did not interact that much with them (except the bartenders, who treated me well all night!), but my husband, mom and mother in law loved every person Pro Bar Serve sent out to work our wedding. I was told they were all extremely nice, very professional, and were knowledgable in all areas to just help run everything smoothly. This was my first time contracting a bartender for an event outside of a hotel and I could not have picked a better company for my New Year's Eve party. Debbie was exceptional in working with me on a budget and in a very short time frame. Her office staff were also extremely helpful in answering any questions I had before the event. I opted to purchase alcohol myself and PBS provided mixers, ice, and cups which was extremely convenient. They brought enough of everything so we never ran out. We have used Professional Bartenders and Servers 4 times in the past, the most recent being our Cinco De Mayo party on May 5th 2014. They are very professional and knowledgeable. We usually use one bartender and two servers. Every time the entire affair has gone smoothly mostly due to them. They come about an hour ahead of time to set up and stay after to clean up. They can provide glassware, ice, and really everything you would need for your affair. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again and again. read more

I highly recommend PBS. Debbie who coordinated everything, was great and accommodating to our changing needs and offered great advice. This was our second time using PBS, the first in 2015 for our housewarming party and most recently, in August 2016 for our wedding ceremony. Laura and Chris were timely, efficient, friendly, responsive to the needs of our guests, and just amazing overall. They arrived early to help set things up, went over the schedule of the appetizers, buffet, wedding cake and champagne toasts with me. Laura just jumped right in arranging things as needed and immediately started preparing the appetizers. A huge help was that they picked up the food from the restaurants we ordered from which saved me from running around. Laura, who we requested after having her serve at our party in 2015, prepared & served appetizers efficiently, cleared plates, refilled the buffet, drinks, and tended to all of our guests needs, which allowed me to enjoy the time with our guests and relax. Chris, the bartender, was a huge hit with his charming personality and expertise in working the bar area. He made amazing cocktails- especially the cosmos- my favorite. I highly recommend getting their mixers, sodas, beverage, ice, etc., as part of any party. They came stocked with everything needed for any type of cocktail. They left the house clean, all of the dishes washed up, and all of the furniture put back in place.
