The first time I came in, the owner was working and she did my eyebrows and upper lip. She did a PHENOMENAL job and I loved my eyebrows. I didn't have too much redness or cuts afterward either. However the next 3 times I came the girl in the second chair did my service and despite showing reference photos, describing exactly how i like my eyebrows and asking her to fix it/make it even multiple times I always left unhappy. The third time this happened I came back the next day and asked her to redo them bc they were super uneven. I paid for the "fix" even though I was still unhappy. I also noticed I would have a significant amount of cuts and burns on my face from the thread after going to her. Soon I learned that if I want my eyebrows to look good I have to go when the owner is in, so i started going Friday mornings only. Yesterday, I went in for a clean up and the owner was there but she sent me to the other girl instead. I gave her a FIFTH chance. I told her the owner does my eyebrows good. Showed her multiple pictures of the last time i came. She nodded as per usual and said she knew what to do. Again, my eyebrows were incredibly uneven, not the shape I wanted, and a little too thick. I honestly gave up on trying to give feedback for her to fix them, and left unhappy. I was not going to leave a review until I woke up this morning with an absurd amount of scabs and scrapes around my eyebrows. Not only do they look bad I also am in pain. Please, if you are going to have two people working make sure both give the same quality of service. If you are coming here for the first time and have a specific look you want for your brows I would recommend requesting the owner do your service until they get it together.

I have been going back-and-forth about writing this review because I genuinely don't like leaving…read morebad reviews. I went here back in March and at the time I requested for a color correction Ruzanna did the color correction and I was okay with it but my roots were left orange. She started she was not able to get them lighter because according to her my hair couldn't take it. I let this go and didn't notice the crown breakage that started but I had taken a picture that day and you can see how it had started . I went again in May with Ruzzana and once again was left with orange roots and more crown breakage this time more hair fell out. This time it was extremely noticeable. I had to cut off most of my hair because the fall out would not stop. It is now July and my hair finally stopped breaking. The entire back of my hair is 2inches long and I can't even hide it with braids. I have cried for months about this and had to cut my hair in a bob. I have spent so much money on treatments like k-18 and even bought a shower filter. I am now resorting to buying wigs because the hair is completely unfixable. I am beyond upset about this and I hope if you are white blonde you avoid this place. I had done ghost roots so that I wouldn't damage my hair. This was supposed to be the color of my hair for my wedding in September of next year. I highly doubt I'll be able to grow it back to the length I had it above my boobs by then but I hope this serves as a warning to others who have dark hair who are trying to go to white blonde with someone who doesn't know how to do it properly. I will likely have to cut the rest of my hair off because the breakage is so bad and my hair is completely uneven.
