The actual service is where they shined. The doctor was not rushed, he didn't treat me like a stationary body. The Doctor actually spent the time to sit down and look me in the eyes to explain the whole treatment and course of action required. Everyone was so kind and personable, I literally laughed the entire time you would've thought I was at an amusement park instead of a dentist office. I have had some very good experiences here, the people at the front are quite nice! I had my wisdom teeth removed here, so far only the top ones but they gave me no issues whatsoever, the lead dentist here knows what she's doing. She was very quick with it and the assistants are quite nice as well! They even gave me a headset that played Bob Marley during extraction! I initially came here because of the wonderful reviews that I saw, but I hadn't read through them all before I committed to get the work done. What I didn't know was the reviews were primarily for teeth cleaning and whitening, so I was quite a bit nervous about having to get the dental work I needed. I had a really bad toothache and though they couldn't help me over the weekend, they did see me as soon as possible the following week. After a full complimentary exam and consult, it turned out that I had to have the rest of my upper teeth extracted (5, plus a root), and then get an upper denture. I was extremely nervous about being in pain during and after the procedure because of some past experiences that left me very Skittish. They were very patient with me because I wound up chickening out the first extraction appointment, and then I got sick for going on 3 weeks, and I had to postpone again for this reason. When I finally did come in to get the work done, I was totally amazed at how minimal the pain was even when getting the shots, and the dentist was extremely gentle when she extracted the teeth, which I feel made it much less traumatic for me. I got an immediate denture and I am still getting used to it, and today they did adjustments on it to make it more comfortable for me. After a few months of healing, I'll be getting a permanent denture, until I can afford to come back for an implants anchored arch. I will add more to this review as I get more work done there (deep cleaning and other work on the bottoms, which I plan to take a LOT better care of so I don't lose those). All in all, the best experience I've had seeing the dentist. I'm very happy I chose this place :-D read more

My appointment was at 2 I arrived a little early, filled out some paper work and was started almost exactly at 2! Regan was the one helping me and who applied the whitening treatment. She was so reassuring and always made sure I knew I can stop at anytime if I felt it was too much. The actual process was straightforward. She applied the gel, you lay still for 15 minutes with the light on your teeth, rinse and repeat one more time. The results were instant and I'm very happy. Didn't have a great experience. The front office staff is nice. However the whitening itself didn't do much for my teeth. I apparently can't be whitened because I have calcium deposits on my teeth. They recommended for me getting veneers or dental implants. Wish I had that kind of money to make that happen. I used to have amazing teeth but after having my kids they began chipping. I guess it is what is it. I cried on my way back from the office..... it's never fun being told that you need something. Going to get my bonding done to help with the chipping. Maybe you guys with perfect teeth will have a better experience. I honestly should get reimbursed at this point..... it was a waste of money for me. read more
