Do Not Come Here For Face Laser Hair Removal!!!!! Unless you want to loose your eyelashes for several months... * I purchased a 6-session full face laser hair removal package. * The first session was fine and my skin had no reaction. * The 2nd and 3rd sessions weren't pleasant as it caused redness and small bumps that turned into whiteheads lasting several days. Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend. read more

I had been coming here for laser hair removal for 4 sessions with good results, which is why it's so disappointing to write this review. My last visit completely changed my experience and I am now looking elsewhere. The woman who attended me had such negative energy from the moment she called me in. She whispered my name so quietly it felt intentional, like she was hoping I wouldn't hear so she could go back to her room and later blame me for not showing up. When we walked to the room she said nothing to me the entire time. What made it worse is that laser hair removal is done in vulnerable areas of your body. You need to feel comfortable and safe with the person treating you. I did not feel that at all and remember thinking I should go to the front desk and ask for someone else. At one point I placed my bag on the counter and without asking she picked it up and put it on a chair where it fell over. No apology, no acknowledgment whatsoever. She then asked if I wanted my phone nearby something no one has ever asked me in 4 visits which only added to the feeling that she simply did not want to interact with me. I gave 4 sessions to this place and had great results but one person's attitude and unprofessionalism has lost my business entirely. I hope management takes this seriously. read more

I booked my first-ever lip filler appointment at LA Beauty Skin Center with Dr. Karapetyan, who is the owner and who charged a higher rate. Since it was my first time getting any kind of dermal filler, I intentionally chose him because I wanted the best possible experience. To be honest, I left feeling uncomfortable. I completely understand that providers have different personalities, but the interaction felt very standoffish. I was already nervous, and instead of feeling reassured, I felt more on edge. When I explained my goals, I remember being told that I didn't have the lip shape to achieve what I wanted and that no amount of filler would really change that. I understand the importance of being realistic and honest, but the delivery matters--and the way it was communicated left me feeling discouraged and self-conscious. We did proceed with about 0.5 of filler, but I walked away questioning whether filler was even for me, largely because of how I felt during that appointment. It was especially disappointing given the medspa's message about enhancing confidence--because that wasn't my experience that day. About a month later, I decided to give the medspa another chance (honestly, I'm not even sure why, given how I felt initially). This time, I made sure to book with a different nurse practitioner--and I'm so glad I did. She was amazing. I felt heard, understood, and comfortable, and she helped rebuild my confidence in aesthetic treatments. I continued seeing her for years for both filler, Botox and other treatments, and although she's no longer works here, she's still my injector to this day! I'm sharing this because first experiences really matter, especially when it comes to your face and something as vulnerable as cosmetic treatments. While I had a much better experience with another provider at the same medspa, I genuinely hope no one else leaves their first appointment feeling the way I did. read more

I come here for laser hair removal and have had a great experience! Yes, laser stings a little , but it definitely gets easier over time, especially as you start having less hair. The service is always quick, and I love that there's plenty of availability when scheduling appointments.
