Very great Indian cuisine, nice flavorful curries, naan (including cheese naan), rice dishes, kabobs, lassis of the mango variety, and other beverages like iced chai tea and a purple/red colored lemonade which is delicious. Reasonable prices, excellent and attentive service and a cool interior atmosphere with plenty of tables/seats, stylish art and posters on the wall and digital displays that rotate their menu selections. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable food, although I didn't personally love the Daal that I had, mostly due to how small it felt. The naan was amazing and the rest of the party liked their food too. The service was pretty quick, although there weren't a ton of water refills due to the opaque water cups. The room's atmosphere was pretty nice, being given tea and honey as we walked in, and it greatly benefited from a giant seeeeesh sign inside.

THE BEST Middle Eastern food in all of OKC. Stunning proportions, great people that own and operate! The food is so so so good I genuinely have not been able to stop talking about it. Enough for three meals if you eat lighter and such great prices!! Never change sheesh mahal. I love you

Went in and quickly seated. They have adequate parking available outside. They took my order pretty quickly and kept checking on me. My food came out hot and whenever I needed something, they were quick to provide something. Great prices. Will definitely go back if im in the area again!

In a search for good Indian food this place showed up as number one. Upon arrival we noticed that this place was not Indian. It was Pakistani. 1) Place was clean and welcoming. 2) Service was quick. This is more of a quick food spot. 3) The food was delicious. Ordered several dishes and all were excellent! Great sauces. The meat in the dishes was soft ans delicious. The vegetable dishes were also excellent. I recommend you give them try. Great food and delicious dishes!

I am not understanding the reviews saying there is no flavor in the food because my order was PHENOMENAL. There is truly a sense of adventure when trying new Indian dishes. I took that leap of faith tonight and tried the Tawa chicken for the first time. Found the dish to be rich and aromatic, thanks to the combination of spices, garlic, pepper & concentrated tomato with large pieces of onion and bell pepper. Additionally, I tried the Aloo Palak - means potato in a spinach sauce. It has a lovely savory completion and pairs well with the Tawa chicken. I decided to skip the rice and order the garlic naan, which came with a small side of mint chutney. Slightly sweet with a refreshingly floral mint. I chose to order takeout and have never dined in before. The order arrived quickly and was still hot. 12/10 on flavorful boldness & quality ingredients! Will recommend to anyone to give this place a try!!

Everything was very flavorful. Hearty portions for a reasonable price. I rarely eat Indian food and even more rarely eat at the same place twice, but I will be back. Samosa and tikka masal were very tasty and flavorful. Gol gappay was interesting - glad I tried it. Cold appetizer of crispy fried vessels with sauce and chickpeas inside. Service and restaurant hit the vibe perfectly. Definitely not an upscale place but a spectacular restaurant nonetheless

This is an amazing Indian and Halal Restaurant. I ordered a lamb kabab, vegetable curry, spicy rice and Nutella Naan. One word sums up all the food served at this restaurant, which is outstanding. Every item I ordered was exceptional, the service was great and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

What is the sweeter vinegar based red sauce and the runnier green sauce that comes with Biryani?

The RED sauce is made from chili peppers & is usually very spicy. The sweet BROWN sauce is Tamarind sauce & the green sauce is cilantro sauce.

    Do you have tabouli?

No they don't that's middle eastern cuisine

First of all, what an incredible find here in the backwaters of Edmond. This is a fantastic find…read morefor amazing Pakistani food that is thoughtfully cooked and very carefully curated. The staff is incredibly intentive, and the food was actually perfect in all dimensions. Coupled with mixed extensive menu This is the place that you will not be disappointed. I had a chicken dish that was perfectly cooked and had amazing flavor and just the right amount of heat. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free wife and left us wanting more!! Seriously! This place is Great!

We went there for the Saturday buffet…read more The people there were lovely. They asked if we'd been there before, and we said it was our first time, so they walked us through, showed us everything, named each dish, and then left us to fill our plates. The paneer was the absolute best we;ve ever had. It didn't squeak, it wasn't tough, it had a nice flavor. Five stars on the paneer. My companion has a special diet, and was able to eat their fill because there were planty of choices they could eat - the downside for them is how mild all the dishes were. They could eat a full bodied all the heat vindaloo with pleasure. I, on the other hand, appreciated that the food on the buffet was all "white people" spiced. I'm not allergic to peppers. but I am sensitive to them, getting mouth blisters if there are too many chilis or the chilis are too hot. I was pleased to be able to eat more than butter chicken - my fall back mild enough to survive food at Indian restaurants. I did have butter chicken because of habit, but I also has the (chaat patta aloo? potato curry, anyway). Lovely spicing, a smidge on the heated side for me, but not enough to raise blisters, so WIN. I had the chicken biryani and it was the best biryani I have had in OKC. The best. It was flavorful, the rice cooked to utter perfection, the chicken well seasoned, tender, juicy. I went back for a second spoon serving. I had the chickpea curry - I admit mine is better, but only because I put more vegetables in it. It was the best restaurant chickpea curry I've had, so try it. And I had some naan, because of course I needed something to sop up the sauces. I put some watermelon on my plate because watermelon takes the sting out of the chilis better than anything else I've ever tried. I would have settled for raita if the watermelon hadn't been there, but how kind to put some watermelon out for us chilis-intolerant folk. The food was set out in small amounts and was constantly refreshed, which means nothing sat out for hours over the hot trays. It was always fresh from the kitchen. My companion had enough belly space for dessert and raved about the kheer. I didn't have room for dessert, but I'll keep that in mind. They are 45 minutes away, so we won't be back often. But we will make the trip there again, maybe next time we'll order off the menu and not have the buffet. But the buffet was an excellent way to become familiar with their style and dishes, and I recommend it for a first time.
