Lady palms roots and vines broke our backs every weekend. Harvey's came to rescue, on time, worked nine stop and kept to agreed to price. From The PM, Dan, set a very good price and handled everything expertly especially with tough parameters of our downtown location. We were amazed at operator Alex's skill and great attitude - constantly asking if something needed adjusting. Alex even dug up plants worth saving and placed them where we can transplant! They took care of everything from obtaining the permit to calling for a final inspection. Their communication throughout the project was outstanding, with updates on scheduling, progress reports and completion. Mike's creativity and business acumen was apparent at our first meeting to discuss expanding our…read morecaged area and replacing our old inground hot tub with a vaulted 18' swim spa. This job would require a design to shoehorn the vault needed to recess this large self-contained unit between our house and property setback. He field measured and knew immediately that he could make it work. We walked through the design, timeline and investment at our first meeting and signed our contract shortly after. Mike worked with the county for permits and The Villages architecture review board to ensure our project was approved by all before demolition and construction began. During the construction process Mike was very open to discussing the job's progress, next steps and accommodating any requests within scope or as an add-on service. All members of Mike's team worked diligently on their tasks and put in extended hours and weekends as needed to get the job done. Their overall focus on producing a quality product from start to finish was evident from day one of the project. We felt that we received great value for our investment and could not be happier with our vaulted swim spa and cage, and would highly recommend hiring Mike and Certi-Struct for your next project.

He handled the permits, the ARC (for the villages) and he promised that he would be on the job overseeing his crew; he was. I interviewed many people for the job. Michael is the rare contractor who can draft the contract , prepare the engineering plans, answer all questions, and physically do the work. He is also bilingual so he can comminicate with anyone. He was there pouring concrete which is the most important part of the job. He made certain the slab was pitched to drain properly. He was hands on. If the slab is of poor quality , the entire project goes downhill from there. Michael was top notch. He was always responsive even in the middle of another job. He might be curt when answering while in the midst of pouring, but he always answers any day of the week. Many of my friends who used other contractors have had very bad expeiences with some aspect. From slab to final touch of the paint, Michael was excellent, Call Michael if you want the job done right and on time.. Our project looks fabulous and is high quality! Thank youl Michael. Dawn & Jim
