We stopped here for gasoline and food. We went very early in the morning, so perhaps the store was not as busy as it would be during the regular daytime. We ordered an MTO breakfast sandwich with the touchscreen and did not wait too long for the food to be prepared. They sold a variety of snacks on their shelves, and we found soda, pie, juice, and beef jerky to buy. Prices were what other stores charge. The store looked clean. Just made it a quick stop for an air pump and gas but besides the gas pumps being full of cars and a hectic set up that didn't have enough room for the amount of people that come through that area, we gave up on getting gas here. As for the air pump, we had to ask an employee where it was, just to turn around and find out if was broken. Lovely. read more

For a gas station, Sheetz is 5 stars! We got some made to order food including a chicken sandwich, fries, a California flatbread, chili dog, sliders and a cinnamon sugar pretzel. Everything under $25. The hotdog with chili, coleslaw and jalapeños was $0.70! No one can beat the price. The food is decent and they have a TON of options. Of course, gas is also at a reasonable price. read more

Can't say I've ever done a review on a gas station before, but after this experience I HAD to. My husband & I stopped for gas and sandwiches at 3pm on 10/31/11 and it took over TWENTY-FIVE minutes to get our orders. Seriously????!!! Only one person was working the sandwich/order station & one person behind the regular counter. Tsk, tsk Sheetz. What an amazing place. I stopped here on my way home from Pittsburgh for a quick lunch. The food was tasty and employees were very friendly. Everything was clean, checkout was efficient, and the seating area for eating was convenient. But the really amazing thing didn't happen until several days later... I realized when I got home that I had lost my purse during my trip home. I called Sheetz and they said they would check for it and call me back. I didn't hear from them for several days, so I assumed it was nowhere to be found. But this morning I got a package in the mail from Sheetz with my purse it in! Nothing was touched-- they didn't even take cash out to pay for mailing it to me. This was going above and beyond for customer service. I am so thankful for them. read more

This place has absolutely no business serving food or even being open. We stopped to fuel up and get some food for the rest of the trip home. But there was no way we were getting food or anything to eat from this place. We walked in and there were drinks spilled on the floor, food on the tables and floors, and the bathrooms were beyond horrendous. The bathrooms were filthy and disgusting. I walked in the men's room and couldn't stand the odor and the sight of the urinals and toilets was enough to make me gag. My wife walked out of the ladies room and said she didn't even use the restroom. We walked next door to get food and use their restrooms. This place is horrible and needs some serious corporate attention. But it makes a lot of money and I don't see corporate giving a sh**. This is not a place we will EVER go to again. I usually stop in Breezewood when I am driving home to visit family for the weekend. No matter when I come to this Sheetz location for food, morning, afternoon, or evening, it always takes at least 10-15 min to get your food order. It doesn't matter if there is 1-2 people in line or none either. And when there is a line, make sure to grab a seat inside or outside because you will be waiting quite a bit. read more

Facility is great for a pitstop on way to from parts like Pittsburg on way to DC and vice versa. Mens bathroom...um..usually kept on good order, but i think with the colume of ppl in and out..it can seem a bit unkempt..running out of paper towels. Today there was someone named Skylar who appeared to have an unfriendly demeanor with a female customer in front of me ...like she drank some hater-ade. For my interaction...no greeting...and to closenout the si lent customer service she threw my change in my hand. Idk maybe she is having a bad day. What do ya need? Sheetz probably has it! I would compare it to a WAWA here in Va. I ran into a few of these on a trip to PA. I was not familiar with the area when i got there and it was late so I sat down at the touch screen to custom make my sandwich. It was easy and tasted ok for a service station sandwich. The fries actually were pretty awesome and the No calorie Peach Green Tea is fantastic! Makes me wish we had them around where I live! read more

I wish they had these in LA or in NJ! These places are amazing! Granted, they may just be only a convenience store, but in New Jersey where people loved their beloved WaWa, this place tops it without any comparison! First of all, it is cleaner. I am not just mentioning this particular location- all of them. The staff has clearly been trained on customer service because they all greet you and thank you upon leaving. And their menu is out of this world, they have literally everything a person could want. It's crazy. I sound like such a fat person right now I don't even care. Anyway this place is amazing. Stopped here on a road trip and had to pee really bad.. went into the women's restroom that was filthy but there was a janitor cart in the second stall so it was clearly being serviced, walked down and noticed piss and shit on and in all the toilets and I noticed the first stall opened and a women walked out so I went into it to pee and as I closed the door she pushed the door open and shoved her way into the stall with me telling that she wasn't done cleaning it. Honestly she's lucky I didn't smack the daylights out of her as I yelled at her that I was about to piss my pants and she directed me to the second stall where she moved the cleaning supplies. I honestly think you need to train your employees on sexual harassment and shoving themselves into a bathroom stall with a customer because I'm furious about it. I feel super violated. Oh and then the cashier in front took about 15 to 20 mins to get the line down. read more

This is a nice clean Sheetz, we stopped here most recently on are way to Myrtle Beach. This Sheetz has clean bathrooms, lots of snacks, drinks and of course MTO. Well like any Sheetz, gas to fill up. So it's a perfect place to stop during a road trip. When we stopped it was around 5am. So I grab one of the bacon, egg and chess muffins pre-made. Even though it was pre-made and sitting a warming tray, it was still very good. So if your on a road trip and need a nice gas station to stop at, stop at this Sheetz. read more

I was curious to go to Sheetz because they're similar to my beloved Wawa. I was a bit cynical going in but we needed gas and thought maybe they had custard. Overall I just wasn't impressed that much. The location? Yeah. It's got that going for it. There was a dining area to sit to eat and watch TV. The hard to find coffee station allows for correct portions of sugar to go into your drink, which was cool. But that's about it. I drove a Zipcar and the gas pump didn't take their gas card, which meant I had to pay to fill the tank. Minus One Star before I even go in! The food selection was OK. I mean, I could get pretty much the same thing at 7-11 or any other spot. My friend ordered a milkshake that took forever to come out. This at 11:00 pm where there weren't a whole lot of people there. I had a chance to look around a bit and ended up getting a fiesta wrap which didn't have enough chicken in it. Oh, the men's room was closed for repairs so my same friend had to piss outside. I had a cup of coffee and the wrap and was milling around with him waiting for this milkshake. When we left, it wasn't very clear which way we had to exit to get back onto the road we wanted to go. That had more to do with the darkness at the time. But I just wasn't impressed. We stopped by this Sheetz on our way from PA back to MD. It is huge. Bathrooms were clean. The only problem was that we ordered food and it took 30 minutes to get it. Very slow service. The staff was friendly but not in a hurry. It is a busy place, perhaps they should have more employees working on the weekends. read more

You can't do any better at 1 am, but at 1pm this place is a nightmare. If you try the MTO (made to order) food that Sheetz offers, a "quick stop" becomes an hour long affair. We waited 35 minutes from ordering and paying until we received our sandwich. (Just 1 sandwich!) The employees were terribly inefficient and didn't seem to care that we could have walked across the street to Perkins and gotten food more quickly than this "convenience" store. I like Sheetz and eat there often, but I will never come to the Breezewood store again. read more

Horrible customer service. Out of food with no notice or sign, then you wait in a long line to pay for the food which then you find out they don't have. Then you have to go back to the line to reorder again. I then watch them use someone's food they didn't pick up and put it in my bag. Which was a bag or pickles put into a cup. So not only did I not get the food I ordered from the beginning because they were out. I then lose out and pay extra for a cup of pickles when I only get a bag. I SPOKE TO ALEXIS to her face at 8:40 Monday night when she tells me there's nothing she can do. Screw this. No refund or anything. I am on vacation and have been craving sheetz. Guess what not worth it don't go here just because it's a travel destination doesn't mean your customer service should be so awful. Then when I tell them they should have a sign when you're out of food they explain they can't because "customers rip them off" yeah right your lazy. Terrible place...looks like a fairly new store but already turning into a dumpy dirty place. Whoever decided to put this Sheetz in this location should have their head examined. It's almost impossible to get in and out of this parking lot with a major interstate highway ending directly in front of the store parking lot and the Pa turnpike traffic coming down the highway from the opposite direction...this place is an accident waiting to happen, they probably have several wrecks everyday at this crazy intersection. In my opinion every Sheetz store I visit has declined over the years, they all seem grimy and dirty. The restrooms are always dirty and the entire stores look like they need a good cleaning. read more
