Todays Sheetz order was topped with nasty browning lettuce. I was told by the store manager that this is what Sheets lettuce looks like. I've been going to Sheetz for years - the lettuce didn't look like this. combine this with the food staff refusing to make eye contact with us patrons picking up online orders and not putting everything you paid for in the bag, and Sheetz has created a customer experience I'm not going to repeat. This place is a step above your average conversation store and comparable to Wawa with the M.T.O. (MALE TO ORDER) electronic ordering menu, large drink and snack variety, Tobacco, newspapers, and everything else from toilet paper to Tylenol. They have gasoline unleaded and diesel at competitive local prices with plenty of pumps you shouldn't have to ever wait. Horrible service, the women making the food got an attitude with me when I questioned why she was not wearing gloves when she made my food after I saw her blow her noise. She then remade the food with gloves placed it in a bag then let the bag sit there on the table for 5 minutes, when I questioned if my food was ready she said no. I ordered a sandwich which she had placed in the bag earlier, she held for a few more minutes the. When I asked for the manager she was extremely rude and said she didn't have to get the manager. Others in the store started to tell her about their food orders taken so long as things at this point where backing up. She the. Went to start making someone else food with out gloves and that person called her out which she got anger with them. Mind you at this point it's been 15 minutes and my food is just sitting there. 18 minutes go by and she finally calls my number which I took to the front counter and asked for a refund due to the cold and unsanitary food conditions. This is the 5th time I have had issues with this store and no longer will use it. There is a new Sheetz around the corner I will try. Horrible service read more

Sheets coffee YUMMO..its lik 567 million times better than WaWas trifling coffee..uum Lemme tell u something I DONT LIKE,I would rather rip open my own Splenda..I don't lik the suger machines..who said I only want 1 2 or 3 squirts of Splenda in my cup @ a time..it takes me foreva to make my coffee cuz I gotta keep pushing the sugar button..also wut if I need a few extra Splenda after I pull off?? The problems from last year's reviews seem to be fixed. We found the Sheetz standard of cleanliness and customer service here. Great layout with a plethora of options for coffee, milkshakes, icees, and ice cream. Staff was quick and friendly. It's bit of ways off the interstate (watch for the traffic circle), but worth the stop. read more

I know this chain very well after being from Pennsylvania where they are founded. As far as food is concerned this may be the worst location of all. No bread no onions no pickles. I visited this Sheetz yesterday just to get some MTO food. The checkout person was really nice and smiled while helping me. The staff that made my food looked disinterested at best. I ordered a salad. Two problems: the chicken in my bowl was clearly frozen and not entirely defrosted (unpleasant to chew) and some of the pieces were not cooked through prior to freezing (pink and gummy parts!) I understand the necessity of prepped ingredients and freezing to preserve but it is common sense that chicken needs to be completely cooked before being eaten, and if it is going out to a guest, thaw it all the way! This was my second visit, trying to redeem this particular location. It was not busy; I may have been the only patron inside. (last time I got a veggie wrap that was missing three things AND had something I didn't choose on it, and my ticket even showed the correct item that I ordered.) Unfortunately, I will take a pass on this Sheetz in the future. I've never had any issue at the one by River's Bend in Chester, and would suggest that as an alternative to those intent on visiting Sheetz. On a positive, Sheetz has a lot of gas pumps, is 24 hours, and ...even if you decided to pass, you've got the option of going to one of the two Wawas in a ten minute or less drive. read more

Sheetz is my favorite place to stop when driving long hours but this location is ALWAYS slow with the food, drinks come out underfull or spilling all over the counter. Today I watch a woman clean her baby's bottle with hot water from the coffee selection station. This location leaves much to be desired. read more

The food is pretty decent for fast food. I took away stars because the lines can be ridiculously long and when they are there is usually only one person ringing at the register. Also not the safest place; I was inside one time when a lady came in yelling that her car was stolen. I've also been approached while at the pump by someone asking for money to fill up their bmw (makes sense right?) and catcalled by men old enough to be my granddad. Possibly worst of all, when my wife returned the charred burnt black inedible pizza, the Sheetz employees were not even the least bit concerned! On top of that - not a single topping listed on her sub reciept was added to her sub. How hard is it to cook a pizza and make a sub? Nasty!!! read more

I really like going to this Sheetz to get my morning Coffee. I think this store does not have one single rude employee working there. They are always there for you if you are having doing something. Most of the time I am in a rush so I will stop here a lot to fill up my car. I think they always have the best gas prices so far for this area. read more

Fly issue. May be as a result of the nasty walk area outside. Spills from the trash cans. Needs a good sanitizing and power washing.
