We went in to use the restroom and grab a snack and ended up getting harassed and berated by some employee named "Leo". He got abnormally aggressive and uncomfortably close while yelling at us after we were curiously moving the plastic sliders covering the candy. We repeatedly tried to walk away and not turn it into anything because it really wasn't that serious but he insisted on a pointless argument anyway. read more

Cheapest gas in the area, and cheaper than most of the rest of town, at least today. 50 cents cheaper than stations across the street; maybe they just haven't raised their price yet. Decent range of gas types. Nice discounts if you join their club. Easy pump access, and road access. And then there's the inside. I used to think Sheetz was overhyped, but it is nice to have snack and even meal options right here, for a full-range pit stop. Clean, new, with cheap gas and decent food, it always seems fairly busy. read more

I am very happy that Sheetz is finally open on Bethel Road. I have waited for this for a while and it is here. I got me an X-Large fountain drink with half Diet Coke and other half Diet Dr. Pepper, and got a delicious donut too. I will be ordering a breakfast sandwich for lunch or dinner, and some will get a burger for breakfast. Sheetz supports Special Olympics Ohio and other states that they are in like home base of Pennsylvania. I will be coming back to this Sheetz because it is a little closer. read more

I always go to sheetz by far this is the worst one. But good location. They sell sandwichs there, but the manager said she could not heat it up, for fear of lawsuit, but yet they heat up MTO food all the time, I was hungry and livid, other locations had no problem as long as you buy the food there, CLearly this lady was not about taking care of the the customer. One other time I was trying to get change, and she assumed I was asking for money, other locations are fine, but this one is a joke read more

This place is convenient as it is about a minute away from where I live. The staff is nice but I have to give a shout out to a very nice employee (whose name I forgot to ask for‍) who was at the register at 12:35pm 1.8.24. He is always so nice and if you strike up a conversation (if there's no line), he participates and shows no sign of irritation. I grabbed beer from the beer cooler and apparently the door is broken but has no signage stating so. As I was checking out a manager barged out of the back and asked where I got the beer. It was pretty obvious as I'm A) in sheetz B) at the counter attempting a purchase. She then said that the door was broken and I shouldn't have been able to access it. She came off extremely aggressively and I simply said don't speak to me like that I'd just like to complete my purchase. She went on to say that the door could have shattered, again I said the door doesn't look broken, it opened for me just fine. I asked why she was continuing to make an issue as I just wanted to complete my purchase. She said that because I said she was coming at me some type of way that I could go an complete my purchase else where. I did so of course. I've never had an issue in any gas station in my entire life. The manager was a heavy set, mid 30s white woman. The employee who was present originally made no issue and said nothing but the manager really had something to say. Watch out for broken doors with no indications they are broken. read more

Drive thru was mid asf, they forgot multiple things and gave no napkins. Can't expect much from gas station good though

so you pull in and some pumps are red bagged and some others occupied by maybe cash payers? who pull up leave their vehicle beside a pump for 10 minutes while they either buy things inside or buy things inside and pay cash for their gas or just block the pump while they pay cash inside then stroll back and pump their gas- while you wait for them- they should have cash only / credit card only gas lines?? read more

I ordered a burrito on the app for pick up at the drive up window. When I pulled up to the window (about 5 min after it said it would be ready) it was bagged up and sitting on the counter. The employees looked at me and looked at my vehicle then ignored me. I sat there for 20 min before calling the customer service number on the window. The customer service representative said they would call the store and tell them to come to the window. Finally once somebody came to the window, they said they were too busy to hand me my order. I can't help but think that because I am a police officer and was driving a police cruiser, they didn't want to serve me. My unit and I will not be back to this Sheetz. I'd hate to think about what they would do to my food the next time. Thankfully there is a Speedway across the street. They will be getting my patronage and will be filling up our cruisers with gas everyday instead of Sheetz. read more
