For six dollars I feel like it's a good deal, but we got two samplers and one of them definitely had way more cheese curds than the other. I had been waiting for a longtime for a Sheetz in the Columbus area. I was very excited about going to Sheetz because I went to the Sheetz in Zanesville 3 years ago and had a great lunch there and will have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All is Made to Order such as having a burger for breakfast and a breakfast sandwich for dinner. The Sheetz app was very easy to download and you can get Free stuff or at a discount for food & drink items, and gas. Looking forward to more Sheetz in the Columbus area. First time at Sheetz and I'll be back! I downloaded the app to place my order in advance for a made to order (MTO) salad with spicy chicken, black olives, diced tomatoes, mild pepper rings, pico, parm and jalapeño ranch. I added a chai and cheese curds to pick up in the drive thru. The app is easy to maneuver - super user friendly. You can opt to pay via the app or at the window. You have the option to do curbside pickup or in store pickup as well. The drive thru was quick and easy. Just bypass the touchscreen ordering option (there's nowhere to check in if you order via the app) and head straight to the window. The fried cheese curds are fantastic. The MTO salad was fresh and the spicy chicken was crisp. The salad is a nice size. They provided 2 small cups of dressing on the side. I only used one, but I was trying to cut calories after the cheese curds. Everything was great. I'll definitely be back! read more

Nice facility..There was a greeter at the door who provided a lot of info that we were needing. They were crazy busy which is expected for a "Grand Opening". Lots of different options as in drinks, shakes, coffee and food. Will be back to try some out when the newness settles a bit. read more

One of the few gas stations that offer 85 octane gas (flex fuel) and 88 octane (which is rated for all cars newer than 2001, cleaner, more performance, and CHEAPER!) A subscription style pass for unlimited fries and drinks all month long?¿? (which compliment any and all of their other food options amazingly)... just take my money already Clean layout. Friendly staff that gets paid decent by a good company. Multiple ways to pay, order food, and do business the way you like. Really? I do not get it. The buzz about this place is mind boggling because every time I go here I'm disappointed. I hear the food is good. Nope. I tried the breakfast. My burritos were half frozen, half molten hot. My coffee with a mocha added was pure sugar and tasted kind of weird. It was like they accidentally put the wrong syrup in the coffee first and then tried to cover it up with extra pumps of mocha. The potato things were pretty OK. When I tried some of the appetizer type things from the lunch menu they tasted like any other fried thing you could get anywhere else. My brother got a shake it had ice cubes in it. Why? The self checkout is cool but the products are bad. read more

Convenient, but absolute worst Drive-Thru in Delaware Ohio. Clear your calendar for the next month if you order for pick up at the Drive Thru window. Even if you arrive 10 minutes late you're in for at least a half hour line. Food is good, but idk if it is worth the wait sometimes. Your food is getting cold while the employees are having a laugh. Eye contact will be made with you, and they will turn away. Genuinely baffling. read more

This is ridiculous. I called this store and asked if they had my items before ordering and door dashing it. Guy calls to tell me that they don't have my specific items I inquired about just 15 minutes before and they won't do any exchanges. I called the store and the manager, who sounded like she was straight out of high school, was so rude. Wouldn't do the exchange. I said then maybe next time you don't lie to people. So now I can't get my items and my money is on hold. She hangs up on me. Cause she was the one I just spoke to who said it was in stock. Horrible customer service.
