    Purchased earlier this summer of a Honda Pilot.

    Another great car-buying experience with Roush Honda in Westerville! My wife and I purchased a new car earlier this year and were so impressed that we came back and bought another one yesterday. Our salesman, Jeff Ward, once again made the process easy and enjoyable -- no pressure, just professionalism and genuine care. Julie in accounting and administration handled our title and registration flawlessly, making that part completely stress-free. Thanks also to the Service Department and Used Car Appraisal Team for their efficiency and fairness. You can feel the pride of employee ownership in every interaction. Roush Honda makes buying a car feel effortless -- like rereading a great book where you already know it's going to end perfectly.

    I have had Hondas my entire driving experience. My first was a Honda Accord and the last five Hondas were the CRV. I was very excited to upgrade to the Honda Passport Trailsport. We scheduled a specific time for pickup and to sign the financial paperwork. Honda did not have anything ready for us. They didn't even realize we were coming in as our sales person was out sick. They should have covered his schedule with him being out not just plain forget their customers. I waited 3 and a half hours for them to clean my new car that should have been ready for us at our scheduled pickup time. They didn't even start cleaning it until almost 3 hours after we had been there. They had everyone else's cars all set for pickup but not mine. It was so disappointing and the massive trigger was when the person who helped me into my car and gave me my keys -- said to come back when I had more time to learn my new car! I had all the time in the world at my scheduled time! Unbelievable! I will never ever recommend or purchase a car from this dealership again.

    Our sales representative Shaun was amazing! This guy is what all salespeople should strive to be like! He's so personal able and friendly! We had a horrible experience at another Honda dealership and decided to come here and we are so glad we did! This employee owned dealership is one of a kind and it truly shows that the employees here love what they do! Everything happens for a reason and my husband and I are grateful that we had a bad experience that lead us to this amazingly successful dealership and great salesman Shaun! We drove out of the dealership with a better vehicle, less payment and less down payment than what we almost got a few days prior! Shaun and the staff at Roush Honda, thank you for your amazing customer service and getting us in and out in a timely professional manner! Other dealerships should strive to be like you all!

    What can you say about an auto parts store... Well, this one is GREAT…read more I've been here a few times for different things, but today was a different occasion for me. I had some large scrapes of paint I needed to remove (my neighbor got too close in his car...). Before the guy would recommend anything, he wanted to go out to the parking lot and see the damage to make sure he was recommending the right products. How many sales people would take the time to do that??? Not many... Anyway, after only spending $12 I was able to remove all of the paint on my truck that didn't match my color... and of course save my neighbor a ton of money who was ready to file a claim against his policy for me. If you need auto parts, this is the place to go.

    I gotta give it up for AAP. Trust me when I tell you that…read moresending Grandma here will please her. She will have a friendly individual walk outside and test her vehicle battery. Show her 3 prices or quality options of batteries. Then they will change her battery for her, and thank her for her business. This is the customer service with a smile that she remembers. Military discount. Coupons. Email coupons. FREE tool rental. Your vehicles info stored in the store computer, and online for you. All this.... and free battery testing, installation, wiper replacements, diagnostics, and more. I admit I have used many but not all the services. I do regret that there is not ONE universal network to share. If you see a part online that is available at another location not your own, you may be asked to re-input your data at this location also. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The have general auto knowledge, and store merchandise familiarity. Most visits are walk in. Tell them your vehicle info, ad the part you need. They offer good, better, best quality. Most will know of a special and tune you into a promotion("add $2 to qualify for a 20% discount"). Returns could not be easer. Mechanics always buy more than they might need, because you never know what you'll find when you get it apart. Just keep your receipt for the easiest process. Lots of specialty tools to rent for FREE. You pay for the tool as if you are buying it. You get a full refund after you return the tool set, clean and in tact. No daily or hourly rate. Family members that call me with an automotive question, I always send to AAP for a free diagnostic test, and the codes. They can tell you what the check engine codes mean. "Gas cap is not tight" Yes, that is more common than you think. Google your code before just handing it to anyone that is going to say PAY ME!
