Even after a complete remodel/renovation...the new staff can't seem to make MTO subs that are physically edible. A half sub with no extra condiments/addons should not look like a shotgun was used to apply the contents of said sub. What I received was an open faced MESS that I immediately returned. Good to be back. There's not much going on in Dillsburg. Yet there's a Sheetz here, and our family is grateful. Here some sub sandwiches are decent enough. Also as can be expected, plenty of gas pumps. If you park your car afterwards, stretch around as much as you can. Very friendly staff. Each time we visit that's pleasant. Coffee isn't my favorite, but it is strong. I wish the company would generate a better tasting one. Price wise very reasonable. Clean bathrooms and a place to chill for a few. Admittedly the town isn't exciting, but close to Interstate 83 and more. read more

Just what you'd want in a Sheetz! Fast and convenient. Not especially huge, but had everything we needed. Some of the coolers were not fully stocked, but that's my only complaint. The gas pumps are a bit of a zoo, if only because it's the only Sheetz for miles. Love that it's right on 15 for easy access! I go out of my way on road trips to find Sheetz, but luckily didn't need to on this road trip. It is hands-down the best location for a meal on the road and a pit stop with clean restrooms! This is a great midway stop if you are travelling between Harrisburg and Gettysburg. Especially at night and you are in need of some wakening up. We were on our way from Harrisburg back down to Gettysburg and were going to stop for some food along the way. We also needed to use the facilities at some point. Not being from the area we kind of hoped there would be something like this along our way. We had actually stopped up the road at a diner that had said they were opened online, but when we got there, no dice. This is your typical Sheetz location. Enough pumps to handle a crowd and everything inside is just about the same as other location. The facilities were clean. And the snacks held us over until we reached our destination. read more

Now if traveling on route 15 it's easier accessed if your going southbound but there is a traffic light at the intersection so that helps. My husband likes to stop at another place up the road but I personally like sheetz better and since I was driving...we came here. This is actually second visit to this location and it's a great sheetz. Nice selection of snacks, drinks, and of course their made to order selection and they even have outdoor seating here! I knock off one star as during the previous visit there the restroom wasn't the cleanest however it wasn't terrible either (but keep in mind I've used some funky facilities overseas). The other thing that prompted me to review this place was I lost my beloved sheetz card. The cashier said do you want another one and I said yes please and she scanned it and gave me a new one on the spot. I swear before I had to fill something out and mail it in. At any rate I'm going to break my husband of going to the not so great place up the road and come here. read more

We don't have Sheetz in Northern VA (well, there's one in Manassas but that does not count because it's super foul). Sheetz in Pennsylvania is not a typical gas station stop. For example, this one could be its own restaurant. Seating is outside. I've been to one in Altoona that had seating inside. Whenever I'm passing through to get to Harrisburg I always stop by at this Sheetz and get the same thing--veggies on pretzel bread and coffee with cake batter creamer. They recently added fried pickles to the menu. Tempting! Good thing I only visit Harrisburg 1-2x a year because I would be obese from Sheetz. The sandwiches are less than $5 and you can get any size coffee for $1. The x-large is as big as my head. You can sign up for a rewards card for free and use it for gas discounts. I don't think I buy enough food yet because I don't know what the rewards are for buying food. Everyone's really nice at this one--but everyone's nice in Pennsylvania, period! :) read more

Best. Breakfast. Sandwich. At a pit stop. Ever. MTO? "What's that?", I ask my husband, a PA native. He says, "Made to order!!! The best thing ever!!" And then I discover why... I walk over to the kiosk and order my sammich. I order a breakfast one...egg whites, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and hash browns on a white roll. Hot damn this was delicious. I now know what he means when he brags about the MTO at Sheetz. They didn't skimp on the toppings either. This sammich was packed with all the toppings I requested. There was like 3 slices of cheddar in that thing I swear. Customer service is good too. This is a good place to grab an emergency pit stop item, use the restroom, grab a meal and gas. Located right off Southbound Route 15, this Sheetz is also easily accessible from the northbound side because there's a red light. Very large location with tons of gas pumps and vast parking lot. Typically very clean. On my most recent visit they were extra busy being around lunchtime when lots of people are traveling from the holidays. The extra business caused a longer wait at both the register (only 1 open) and the MTO food being made. The food at any Sheetz, is hit or miss but you can't beat the vast menu and the extras to be found around like the F'Real Shake Machine and the Fizz Station. read more

Holy Sheetz! This place is what the 21st Century calls a "Rest Stop," on life's highways. I guess I better get with he program, now that even secondary blacktops can dial up a gas station with snacks on steroids like this. Nothing wrong with it. Plenty of gas islands in bright red, and a snack shack, turned custom ordered breakfast and sandwich shop at fairly exorbitant prices. The lines are long, and the kids seem to love all the distractions. Even the toidies are kept clean. So, don't fight it hoping for something more human scale. This is the future. read more

Definitely one of the best Sheetz locations in the chain. Would give 5 stars but the men's restroom is not maintained. What's really important is the food and coffee, which are both quick and tasty. I know a Sheetz is pretty much the same as any other but the thing about this Sheetz that matters to me is they have the FIZZY BLUE SLUSHIES. Like you know when you get a slushy and it's really heavy and just chunky and average, but then you get like a coke slushy and it's fizzy and good? They have that level of fizziness in the blue slushy. And not all locations have the fizzy kind. I've been to other Sheetz locations that only have the classic kind. Just thought I'd share. This sheets is pretty nice, clean, with friendly staff. The line that forms at the counter is a lot better than most other sheets, where your standing in front of the door and constantly everyones running into each other. everything else about this store is basically the same, they do have more selection than some of the others as well. ( IMO) One thing they do need to improve on is the cashier/check out speed. do not expect to just walk in, pay for gas and run out. everything is slow-mo in there. buy a soda, it takes 2 minutes to ring you out. buy food, well i guess your waiting for it anyway. and having 1 cashier, with 15 people in line, and then having three other employees walk by stocking shelves, like cigs, or lottery. and you just wait forever,, once you walk in, it is slow-mo read more

The only reason I stopped here for gas was because my toddler was hungry and I used the app to order her a Lunchable to eat while we finished our drive. I ordered the food when we were about seven minutes away, then pumped my gas before parking in the curbside pickup spot. I checked in on the app and then waited thirteen minutes before finally giving up and going in. I find out from an employee that he was "just getting ready to come out to tell [me] they are out of Lunchables". Why could I order food that's not in stock? Why did it take 13 minutes of me being parked right in front of the doors for someone to tell me that? Even worse - why did I have to go in for that? I intentionally used curbside so I didn't have to deal with getting my child in and out of a car seat. Extremely poor customer service! And I'm even more angry that I wasted money getting gas there first to use up some time when I could've driven to plenty of other cheaper spots. read more

We go to this Sheetz pretty regularly when traveling between Harrisburg and DC, and it's always packed with great service. Unfortunately this experience was just terrible. The bathrooms were a complete mess, no paper towels, it hadnt been cleaned for a long time and it wasn't busy at that time. There was barely any coffee filled. It took a really long time to get our food, while we waited, we heard another customer complain that their sandwich had no meat on it at all (which was corrected by putting meat on it, not remaking it) and then when our food did come out, the wrap my husband got barely had any meat at all on it, it was tiny and when he asked about it he was told he should have gotten a snack wrap if he wanted a bigger wrap, rather than the normal one. I got a burrito with chicken which was ice cold on the inside. And we asked for ketchup to go with our popcorn chicken.. The guy handed us one ketchup, but had a poor attitude as if it was a difficult task for him. We absolutely love Sheetz, but on our earlier trip of the day, Wawa did ten times better than this Sheetz did. read more

I used to go here a lot when I was working in Mechanicsburg during college. During the first week of January, when my body was getting over a cold I had for two weeks, I was on my way home to Virginia from spending the weekend with the girlfriend. I went in and ordered a steak and taters burrito as usual and ate it while I drove home. Something was off though, I could taste it, but couldn't put my finger on it. Something tasted different this time, and I wouldn't find out until the next day when I woke up with food poisoning. I had a week of constantly pooping out water while not being able to eat solid foods. It was the single worst experience of my life, and something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. I will never go to Sheetz for anything outside of gas from here on out. That sole experience has ruined Sheetz and any other gas station that serves food for me for the rest of my life. read more

We visited SHEETS for gas, bathroom and coffee on our trip home, as Rudders was swamped. We usually stop there and are ALWAYS Happy! BUT...We being Philly folks, had no fear od poor conditions at a SHEETS! Were we WRONG. The floors apon entering were dirty. The womens bathroom had a powder all over the floor...handtowel remnants all over.....dirty sinks and johns. Smelled of urine, Disgusting. Their coffee station had weak coffee, and none of the electronic pump creamers worked, or were just empty. Where they make the Sandwiches...I have never seen such a filthy floor....food and lettuce and what ever else ground into the floor. I will NEVER go to a sheets again with an open mind. Rudders, as we call it...is far more clean. The funny thing was that family drove to us last night in virginia, they stopped at the SHEETS also...and were disgusted also. Clean it up, people!!! and the manager should be fired immediately. read more
