Once you are in the lot, however, there is plenty of parking. Inside it is a nicely set up store and kind of has an easy flow. The facilities were decent, that is the one stall that was working. It was a bit awkward, I walked in and noticed the one was not working and in typical fashion has a plastic garbage bag over it. I had a choice, stay in here and wait for whomever was in there to finish, or do the bathroom dance outside until I saw them come out. Not the best thing when you really need to go. The line at the register seems to move a bit slower than I thought it would. Even though there were three people running the registers, there was no indication as to where you needed to go. The associates behind the registers weren't much help either. In hushed tones they tried to talk to you but you can't hear them over all the other noise in here.

The van was exempt for emissions so that goes to show you how much the van is driven. My friend says not to fix it. He'll fix it himself. They say come back in an hour and the van will be back together. We wait an hour and the van isn't back together. Their reason the mechanic never returned from lunch. So we wait again. Finally the van is back together. This time it is leaking brake fluid. Bad enough to leave a puddle under the van. When we lifted it the van must have shifted causing the brake line to leak is what they said. I heard good things about this place but nothing good came out of this experience.

So Tuesday morning I decided to drive there, 2 hours from home to inform them that I was there to pick up my vehicle. When I asked about the multiple times we were told they would call with an update, he had the audacity to say you know we are busy. No sir, I the customer do not know how busy you are, nor is it my responsibility to figure it out. It is the responsibility of any reputable business to let the customer know if they cannot complete a job they accepted knowing how "busy they are". So long story short I was finally told they fixed something they thought was the problem but turns out it was not. So I was charged $200, to still be in the predicament I started. Very poor customer service skills. Would NOT recommend.
