The phone was answered promptly & they confirmed an Auto Center. When asked, I was also informed they did not have a wait at the moment of my call either. Which was perfect for my impromptu oil change needs. The Auto Department's located in the back left of the store in its own. Location is very accessible and open. First impression- this location was incredibly clean! Lorie & Devin both greeted me/ checking me in/out etc, Nick was super friendly, & Bill kept busy stocking & returned the car. All staff present were very friendly & helpful especially Lori and Devin! Would definitely recommend this location & will likely make this my new "impromptu oil change" location.

Since I'm not from here, I didn't know if they were closed or just had the doors closed so I got off to see if they would be able to do an oil change but they refused to even say anything to me. Not sure if I would come back, I honestly wanted to leave but someone had already blocked me in and I wasn't able to go around and leave. They were quick though but they marked they checked my tires and everything was good, however my sensors are saying my tires are low and need to inflate

Sat in my car in line for 45 minutes today…read more Garage door finally opens and I'm ready to pull in and employee comes out and asked me to back up and let a car in another lane to go in front of me because they where there before me. I had no problem with that so I backed out and let them in front of me. Then 2 more bays opened up and 2 cars that I was ahead of pulled in. I got out of my car and to asked why I wasn't next and they said they where having troubles there was only one employee down stairs working on all 4 bays. Their reply had nothing to do with my question as to why they moved me and then didn't pull me in ahead for the people behind me. I just left fearing the poor employee they we're abusing doing all the cars by himself downstairs might not be up to the task to do a proper job on my car. I'll never go there again
