Ordered via mobile. Store wasn't busy. Food took 15 mins after we got there. Everything about our order was wrong. The people making the food just don't care. They literally look at you like you did something wrong. My sub had no Mayo, no onion, no cheese, no jalapeño, no Italian dressing. Girl was so mad I came in and asked for Italian dressing. I didn't even bother with the other stuff. What a joke. Hire stupid you get stupid. That's what we have here. If I can go no stars I would. I wanna start off saying just get gas there nothing else there food is disgraceful not properly cook what's so ever. I made a order yesterday night around 7 I got a cheese burger,fries and chicken nuggets ate it all thought everything was fine until reaching the end of my shift my stomach I was in pain really bad I lasted my work shift fine. I stayed in the parking lot after I clocked out for 30 mins because I was light headed and my stomach was in pain. After the 30 mins in the parking lot I decided to leave I reach home then about a hour I threw up and that keep happen for 30 mins straight for the next 6 hours, I had to go to work at 4pm but I had to call out because how I was feeling I never called out work for no reason like this because a worker at that sorry ass gas station on the side of the fucking highway don't know wtf they doing in the kitchen I will never go back there trust *0 stars* read more

One of the slowest Sheetz in Greensboro. Ordered one item and it over 20 minutes for me to get it.

This has to be the worst sheets I have ever been to. Sheets is our go to spot when we travel, but I will never stop at this one again. The restrooms were disgusting. We ordered two subs with fries. I watched the lady make them. She finished and still didn't have the food. I saw him bring up the fries... still no food. 10 minutes later still no food. All of it was done and he wasn't in a hurry to bag it. He was making orders that were printing out before bagging mine. I asked about my food and they said oh it's right here. We are waiting on the fries. The fries were bagged in the shoot. The subs were so bare. Sheets has went down hill. read more

This is the dirtiest, filthiest, nastiest gas station I have ever been to in my life. Wear a hazmat suit if you come within a mile of this place. There is trash and cigarette butts on the ground everywhere. The parking area has not been pressure washed in decades. The trash cans by the gas pumps literally have a half inch of sludge built up on them. I can't believe that anyone would dream of ordering food from here. read more

The fact that I love and now have brand loyalty to a fueling station concerns me. Now that I've confessed my embarrassment here is why. A. This location is wonderfully convenient to my house--which may be the impulse buy problem. B. Diesel fuel; consistently at the best price on whatever area. I drive a VW turbo Diesel as such I don't fill up often, but when I do it's always here. C. MTO at sheetZ is a guilty pleasure, but working some of the shifts that I do it's about my only option for a hot meal unless I'd rather cook or godawful McD's *blah. D. The additional car service options; this location has a great hands free pull through car wash. Also the vacuum and air station has always been "In Service" when I've needed them. Not the case in many places. The people who work there are always nice be it 3am when they say I can't buy beer after a double shift (a bummer but I understand their rules) or mid afternoon stopping in for an Iceee to try and ward off the scorching summer heat. One oddity is the seeming constant presence of coppers(a benevolent term coined by Gallic speaking Irish immigrants) quite literally the "watering hole" some days with half a dozen cruisers and as many if not more officers. Thanks for the service. To which to be fair I deal with the Greensboro police and guilford sheriffs more than I ever imagined; all law abiding and good interactions :) and it continues here. read more

So i asked the lady behind the counter if the kona mocha was the right drink off the sheetz rewards not ince but twice an the lady said yes.So I ordered my drink turns out it was the wrong one & since the lady told me to clock that one you think they'd fixed the drink price for free,but no she was like sorry that is a milkshake,I wouldn't have ordered it if I was told no its not right but it was some bull s***. I have been traveling with my grandparents. They came to visit me here in Charlotte. We were headed to Virginia to pick up the new 5th wheel they purchased. We were on route and saw this gas station. We decided to order some food. I was super impressed with there food. It was tasty. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Made to order. I got to pick everything I wanted in it. My grandma wanted chicken nuggets and my grandpa just wanted some cookies. This gas station was super neat and staff was pretty friendly. Would stop here again. read more

Literally I'm sitting in the Drive Thru waiting on 2 milkshakes and a some fries, I have been waiting for over 20 mins and finally an associate showed up and asked me if some had gotten to our order.. she didn't offer any discounts or I'm sorry. Just took my money and gave me cold fries and melted milkshakes. I have never been this disappointed ever with Sheetz. You pay for everything then wait around while they call out numbers corresponding to food bagged and on the counter. I waited and waited and it turned out someone had helped themselves to my order. Then I had to go back to the line for a refund. They could at least make people put their receipt with the order number on the counter to claim their food like WaWa does. Minus one star. Conveniently located for a quick stop, but it is just so conveniently located and the only one in the area that it gets busy VERY quickly. Expect long register lines and traffic in the parking lot during peak times. Gas pumps tend to be out of service frequently (in the last three times I've been through this sheetz I noted at least one pump out of service). This isn't usually a problem because there are so many pumps. While this is a super easy pit stop, the bathrooms are generally dirty but always have plenty of TP and paper towels! read more

This is a frequent stop when I travel. It will be less frequent now. The employees are rude. After ordering food and waiting 20 minutes and watching them move slowly and chat with each other, I asked about our order. Obviously that was the wrong thing to do. We did get our food 5 minutes later when the women slung it on the counter and then some of the food was burnt tasting. I guess asking you to do a job you are paid for is unrealistic. That was on Saturday. Monday on the way back home we stopped again. Another mistake. Didn't bother to order food just got coffee but had to wait in line for a long time since there was only one cashier. That probably wouldn't have been that bad if she would have quit being so dramatic and talking into her headset about another person. I guess I am just old fashioned. I love Sheetz, it has everything a convenience gas station should. Clean bathrooms; food and drink - some slightly healthier options for the traveler who tries to avoid all the fast food found on the road, made to order food, though not necessarily made from the best ingredients; drive thru window; plenty of indoor and outside seating; parking for big rigs; free air for your tires and even a small, very inexpensive car wash. This location is ideal and always is busy, which causes me some concern that they didn't provide more registers and staff to work them. I live quite close and I've never seen staff just sitting around and there are always cars fueling up in the parking lot, so it isn't like the added cost isn't justified. On a recent visit, it was a busy Saturday afternoon, a large soccer tournament was being played less than 2 miles away and this is the only place for miles... There were 2 registers open and a line through the store. When lines get that long, some personal attention gets lost and it just feels like you're cattle going to slaughter. The employee, however, was far more engaging then the assistant manager, Rebekah, who was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd and being spread too thin.
