I love Sheetz. It is by far my favorite gas station/convenience store that I've ever been to. I so desperately wish they would open some in the Cincinnati area because they are so much better than what they offer out here. So what makes them so great? Well..their selection of products and snacks is always impressive. They feel more like a mini-grocery store than a convenience store with all they have to offer. But the main draw is their made to order food. Starting with the touch screen menu where you can place and specially customize an order at any time of day or night for anything from burgers to sandwiches or appetizers or hot dogs..their menu would basically be considered bar food-like..but it's all good stuff and it's all a lot better than you would expect from food made at essentially a gas station. Anywho, this location was alright. We stopped by to grab some food pretty late on a Friday night. The place was busy but not crazy busy. I hadn't had Sheetz food in a while, and I was pretty hungry, so I got a couple different things. A hot dog with ketchup and mustard, a steak and cheese sandwich, and some popcorn buffalo chicken. They used to have nachos and cheese on their menu..which was one of my go-to's for sure..but it was no longer on there. Bummer. The order took a bit of time to come out. It wasn't that long of a time, but it was long enough for me to think to myself that maybe it shouldn't take that long for an order of my size to be prepared. The staff there that night seemed agitated. They weren't really friendly and some of them were outright rude. I mean, I'm sure it's annoying to work there on a Friday night with all the crazy drunk people that show up to order food..but that's kind of what you're asking for when you serve made to order food all night every night. When the food finally did come out I was a bit disappointed with it. The hot dog barely had any ketchup or mustard on it..which made it seem pretty dry and bland. The steak sandwich was smashed together so much that it was almost the same size as the hot dog. It tasted alright but it didn't look that great. The popcorn chicken was probably the best thing I ordered. The chicken itself was crisp and the buffalo sauce was the right amount of hot and sweet. I ordered a ranch for dipping but they forgot to throw it in my bag..oh well. Again, I love Sheetz as a company..and even a bad Sheetz is still decent. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a bad location, and I would stop by here again if I were in the area..it would just be nice for the service to be a little friendlier and the food prepared a little better..that's all. read more

Not sure how much customers pay attention to sheetz gas prices, they regularly raise the cost per gallon as much as 20 cents per gallon above other local gas stations in the early morning and then lower it later in the day I have watched this go on for more than a year now at the pleasant hills locations. I got chicken strips and when I opened the box they looked terrible but I was still gonna eat them. Here is the kicker...the ranch they gave me was expired and when I tried to call them their phone doesn't even fucking work. It tries to redirect you to another business because their phone isn't hooked up. But that's okay because I have yelp for this exact situation. Edit: had to call the customer service line that I found in the reviews because their phone doesn't work at all. Didn't get my money back because I paid cash but they did give me a free mto food so problem slightly solved. Would've been nice to just not get spoiled ranch in the first place tho. read more

Sheetz is overcharging on beer for sales tax. Beer is a non-taxable item. This has been happening since they opened.

We love dining at this Sheetz location. It is our go to lunch after church on Sunday. Typically we order the same thing each time but why not when it's good! I love the pretzel bun with ham, cheddar, lettuce, pickle and Italian dressing. It's never been bad so far. Simple but good. They have a nice inside dining area where we eat our m.t.o. sandwiches. My son can be picky so it was real nice when I saw they had lunchables for him to eat. read more

I'm going to say it-- I'm more of a Get Go fan (sorry Sheetz). Having said that, this location has friendly service, is clean, and their food has never been bad. However, just don't bother with their cold brew. It's basically just water. I mean, I don't expect high quality coffee from a gas station, although Get Go's is really good. This place just doesn't have good coffee drinks, unless you buy a Starbucks drink out of the refrigerated section. Why would I get coffee here in the first place? Because there is nothing else around this area. Seriously, West Mifflin needs to step up their coffee game, because it's bad. Bottom line- This location is just fine and I would recommend it, just don't get coffee here. read more

I give you five stars because of many things. One being, and it seems to be a theme with my reviews of Sheetz, is because you have E85 fuel. So hard to find anywhere in this city. Granted, it is a bit out of the way to get to, but worth the savings for the pocketbook. Another reason, your ease of access. Two ways to enter this place, thus there being two ways to exit this place. Next, the number of pumps. Tons here, so there is hardly a wait to get gas. Huge inside. It doesn't feel cramped like many other locations. They gave this location room to grow. And last, but not least, MTO! Tap, tap, tap. And before you know it, you have meals for the rest of the week (of course if it lasts by the time you get it home). read more

The fuel pumps were clean and functional. There were windshield washing supplies available and hand sanitizer for when you were done. We also visited the inside for a late takeout dinner; the food was accurate and piping hot. You can see the kitchen and it is clean and tidy. The employees were very friendly and provided quick service. I love going to Sheetz as it's clean, he food is good, and they have a huge selection of food, snacks, and drink items. Was really disappointed in how the employees were acting tonight. I'm not one to normally care, I understand being funny in the workplace, but making fun of people isn't okay. I've been eating low carb for awhile now, due to health issues and it's really helped me. I ordered grilled chicken with no bun, and the girl working and another customer proceeded to call me "retarded" for asking for no bun? It's really humiliating standing there and being called names by people because they think either that you can't hear them or they don't realize it's your food. Either way, it made me uncomfortable, embarrassed, and it's 2020. They need to find new words to call people that aren't extremely offensive, and also stop worrying about what people are ordering and focus on their job. read more

I don't give this Sheetz 5 stars because I've been to 5 star Sheetz and they have blown me away but this isn't a bad Sheetz at all. They have a ton of gas pumps so you almost never if ever wait to get gas. They have outside seating and inside seating to eat. The selection of snacks and drinks is pretty solid, they pretty much should have what you need to fulfill your snacking needs from sweet to salty. The MTO is a roll of the dice depending on who is working. I've had walking tacos that's blew my mind and on the flip side hotdogs worse than side of the road gas stations. I'd say if you went there 10 times to get food, 7 times out of the 10 will be awesome. My really only real gripe about the place is its always so messy. Food on the tables and chairs, a disorganized kitchen and filthy bathrooms. If they can get the place cleaner this would be a stellar location but most of it you probably won't notice on your late night drunk run. read more

After standing in line to pay for 5 minutes while I watched 2 employees gave a casual conversation ringing no one up, the cashier did not ring up my food recipes, put it in my bag of drinks she rang up and charged me for and totaled my transaction. I did not pay attention to the total, nor did she tell me what it was. I paid with my Apple Pay and went to wait for my food. After waiting for 15 minutes and seeing many other people get their food after me. I asked if they had my order when I was informed that it was never paid for. Now I have been in there before where they will call out "54 your order is ready when paid for". Instead I watched the 3 cafe employees also engaged in normal conversation laughing and joking instead of working.. I suddenly remember why I don't come here for food anymore. read more

I'm a huge fan of Sheetz and this one did not disappoint. We were in the Pittsburgh area for several days for Pirate Games at PNC Park. This Sheetz was located near our Hotel and was a regular late night stop after returning from the games. Most nights this Sheetz was very busy but that didn't hamper the MTO Staff. Once we entered out order on the Touch Screen it was quickly prepared and we were out the door. If you want to enjoy your food on site they offer both inside or outside seating. Sheetz offers a large selection of MTO food and drinks and this Sheez is no exception and the food is good and representative of why I like to "Get my Sheetz on" when ever I can. read more

I prefer to eat at this Sheetz over the nearby fast-food places, because it is a better bargain for the money and the quality of the food is almost always good. At Wendy's, and McDonald's they want a lot of money for their ever-shrinking burgers. Sheetz is a better deal. I usually order the subs. If I'm short on cash, I order one of the value subs, which aren't much more than $4.00. Fountain drinks are as low as $1.00, with your Sheetz card. You also get free coffee, or fountain drink after you buy so many. The gasoline is cheap. Sheetz is just a good deal all around. read more
