Does that mean you sit there while people in the business walk around inside...look out at you...but never come out to greet the customer? I waited over ten minutes outside...hoping that someone would actually acknowledge me...no such luck. Maybe they do a good oil change...maybe their customer service is adequate, but from what I saw, I'll never go back and I'll never recommend them to anyone after my experience.

The good is when they complete the work I have not had issue with the work performed…read more The not so good is this is the second time they have had a technician call off and they were behind more that two hours from the scheduled appointment time I had been given. They don't post their prices on the wall of certain jobs such as oil change, tire balancing, etc they verbally say what the cost will be. By law in Pennsylvania approval from the customer should give consent by signature, prior to the work being performed. They did not do that.

I would steer clear of this place, unless you're looking for unnecessary repairs. They only take the work they feel like doing, they need adults working here to supervise. After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams,they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers,they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them. Lesson learned-stay away from the morons that work at Sams/Sears and stick with the professionals here.

When I picked it up. First thing he said was air up all your tires torque your rear wheels. $227.00 To mount and balance 4 tires. Go to leave front left tire seemed low pulled around to front of bldg. Said to guy in garage I must have bad valve stem . Because this tire seems low still. He said I can assure you we never touched your front tires. Wow They were going to let me leave with 50Lbs in my tire . It calls for 100 to 110. Not happy with that or what they charged me. Guess I should of ask first Live and learn won't bo recommend them to any else anymore...
