Hey. Just wanted to say that I am a regular consumer at Sheetz located in Roxboro, NC Upon my last visit there; the product that I drove there to purchase was no longer available. I was very disappointed and was considering going else where to make my purchase; but JOSH; the young man that was attending to me at the drive-thru made a substitute suggestion and went out of his way to make sure that I was a content customer; a d in doing so; guaranteed my repeat return to this particular Sheetz from here on out; just because he went the extra mile to solve my dilemma. Now, it may not have been a big deal to him because there was a line behind me in the drive thru; but he made it a big deal of importance to him to ensure that a customer was beyond content. I went there today to vet my normal frozen drink. It was disgusting . I took back in said this dosent taste right. She said maybe u ordered wrong woman. I said no. I order same thing. Always disappointed in the quality of food here. It's either messily thrown into the bag, or its cold, or its wrong. Considering that like 2 other people ever eat food from here, you would think they had the time to give a f*ck. Example: garlic Parmigiano wings not even secured inside a paper bag? Grease all over me and my car. Cheeseburger with a cold gray patty, no cheese. I gotta stop coming here because it just pisses me off. read more

The Sheetz in Roxboro,NC is nasty. The store is dirty and cups/lids not stocked. The outside was just as dirty with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Someone needs to come make a surprise visit. read more

I can say... without a DOUBT.. this is the best Sheetz in North Carolina.. Fast and Friendly service, time after time after time. I have waited crazy long periods at other Sheetz for nothing more than a Kona Mocha... not at our Roxboro Sheetz... they get on with it! and get you on to where you need to go. The quality of food service has really gone down at this location. Every time we order something, part/all of the order is either totally wrong or improvised. Staff members are really friendly and nice, but some serious training and quality control needs to happen here. read more

I have only been to this location a handful of times since it opened earlier this year and so far, not impressed. It is one of the nicer Sheetz I have seen and has the advantage of being new and offering some things that older Sheetz do not (such as the drive thru). Of course, Sheetz is awesome and has so many things unique that sets them apart from other convenience stores such as their awesome food. However, the customer service here is worse than bad and completely destroys everything good about having a Sheetz in town. Roxboro is tiny compared to other local Sheetz locations in Durham, Raleigh, etc. With the other locations in the bigger cities there will be 30-40 people in the store at any given time whereas here, there may be 10. But for some reason this is absolutely the slowest Sheetz I've ever been to and it's not just that I caught them on a bad day or something like that. My first visit I waited literally 20 minutes in the drive thru for a quesadilla (I would've left after 10 minutes but I had already paid and literally no one came to the window during my wait to apologize or give any explanation, etc.) The second time I went, I decided to go inside in hopes of faster service. Nope. I waited 15 minutes for a frozen coffee drink and there was only one other person ordering food at that time. My best friend had a similar experience during a separate visit and waited 15 minutes for some sort of frozen drink. Crazy! They are ruining the awesomeness of having a Sheetz in Roxboro and I really hope they get it together! read more
