Hunter said I may not be happy with it per his expertise, but still got me fitted and finished the purchase. I did go home and try it out and was definitely not impressed. Not to say the helmet was bad, but for what I needed, it did not do the trick. I contacted Lindsay at the store and asked if I could exchange and upgrade. She told me sure! And made the process super simple. When I came in the store, both hunter and Lindsay jumped right on the task. One was getting my Cardo installed. The other was putting on the pin locks and talking me through maintenance. It feels like I was in and out within minutes; when I thought the whole process would be an hour. Every time I go in to this location, the team is spot on Tyler runs a good ship there and I am very impressed all the years I've been going there. I decided that I would make the 8 Hour drive and purchase my motorcycle from Frontline Eurosport when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by name without Pat, even knowing who I was felt like I was in the right place I was able to test drive when other dealers simply wouldn't allow. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed! He was in sales and B.S. me. I ended up taking my business to a N.C dealership and purchased my first bike 2012 Bonneville, which I still own. Mind you Frontline Eurosport's is the closest dealership to me about an hour and half away. This last year I was looking into getting an additional Bonneville a T120, and was talked down to by another employee. I decided to get my first bike serviced there. Well after being disappointed again by staff, I looked into getting my second bike from another dealership in NC. Which I purchased today. I also found out that they tune bikes, and are Harley Davison authorized to change the ECM. So I brought my bike back and got it tuned! Total satisfaction with the bike now! I finally made it out to Boone Motor and Beard Supply Company. I mean, where else can a bearded…read morebro go to buy awesome beard care products such as handcrafted oils and balms and then accidentally walk out with a motorcycle? I mean, Boone just makes it way too easy to just casually buy a motorcycle while also taking care of your beard. It's also a cool hangout spot. He has a bike night once a month where you'll find other beard enthusiasts and a few noisy bikers all hanging out, Boone brings these unique and diverse groups of people together. I mean before you know it bikers are going to start growing beards because of this place and a world full of more beards is a better world. I really dig the repurposed motorcycle helmet that has a plant growing out of it. Most people would just trash that helmet but Boone is out here saving the planet by upcycling...I guess he does more than sell cycles. The outdoor area with the fire pit and benches is really nice to chill and have a cigar and share beard care tips with all the bros. I expect sometime this year we will see the first ever Boone MotorCo Beard World Champion via some type of best beard contest. I think contestants must ride in on a motorcycle to enter such a contest to combine both aspects of the business. Distinguished Gentleman's Ride watch out because Boone is coming for your participants!!
