It is not uncommon to walk into a profanity laced screaming conversation across the entire store EVEN WITH COSTUMERS THERE! From 3pm on it gets bad..... These folks can NOT cut lunch-meat......ever....the one that CAN / COULD is not there that often anymore, so we go to Rockside a few miles up the road so the slices are even across the whole cut. Tho the pizza was sucking over the last few years, it HAS improved the last year.....tho even here we VERY RARELY get the order the way we ordered it.....what is so hard about NO HOT PEPPERS?! The place used to be great, now the last few years it has really dropped in quality.....Rockside has some consistently good pizza & subs, lunch meat cut right, and they are NEVER screaming profanity when we have been there....they are worth our hard-earned $$$.

My daughter got sick and I decided to try CVS in Saint Clairsville, because it was close to my home. I will never leave the Medicine Shoppe pharmacy again. What should have been convenient turned into horrible customer service, a lack of communication skills on the part of the pharmacy and two days wait for medicine I could have had within an hour if I had driven to the Medicine Shoppe. I had forgotten how horrible CVS Pharmacy is. I'll never forget again. This location proved to be especially bad.

The cashier correctly rang up our purchase. I would prefer that the store offer foods that are healthier. We did not use the gas pumps or the restrooms, and we did not order any made-to-order foods, so I cannot comment on their quality. The store contained some tables and chairs where customers could sit and eat. Tip: If you are a member of Giant Eagle's rewards program, then you can use your rewards to receive discounts on gas here.
