Never above but definitely never below it. Probably because you can rack up points over at the Giant Eagle and earn yourself a massive discount. There's a car wash too, but seriously don't waste your time. I've taken two different vehicles through it and they come out almost as dirty as they went in. I always have to go back to the gas lanes and scrub the windows with the squeegee. On top of all that, you don't even get a discount on gas for buying the wash. There's an attendant stand in the middle, which is nice when you don't get your receipt printed. Otherwise they are unattentive and all of the snacks are old and stale. To compliment the car wash, there's a quarter operated vacuum. But air for your tires is free, so I guess there's that.
