This one is always pretty unclean. They should take better care of this place. The workers are pretty nice any time I come, but don't spark up a conversation with them just to be nice. First off the food gave me the squirts. Couldn't stand 2 seconds without repainting my toilet. The wait for the food IF you ever actually get the food is beyond ridiculous. Growing up in Southwestern Pennsylvania I am die-hard for Sheetz. I stopped at this location on my way back north and have some mixed feelings about it. First and foremost it's a pretty big location. The pumps were pretty busy. As soon as I started pumping gas I got asked for money by two people. I'm not sure if that's a common theme in this area, but definitely didn't make me feel great that essentially I open my car door and I'm being asked for money right off the bat. Once inside I noticed how long the line was. And the line didn't move. I still ordered my MTO because I didn't see anything fresh out. I got my breakfast sandwiches, and waited in line. I feel like I waited about 10 minutes. I understand that COVID has reduced wait staff and such and I can sympathize, but it was just slow. No zest in their step or anything. Maybe it's just a southern thing too? The soda station was dirty and it didn't feel the cleanest inside either. I stayed away from the bathroom to be safe. I did get a car wash here too which was good. It did take awhile only because the car wash is thorough. Being honest, the car wash was the highlight of my trip here, which is kind of a bummer considering how much I love Sheetz in general. read more

Stopped here for a drink, I could not believe how much trash was on the ground outside. It was like someone took a large bucket of cigarette butts, and tossed them around the sidewalk and parking lot. The parking lot was loaded with gum, oil spots, and trash. Then inside was surprisingly just as bad. There was trash all over the ground, puddles from the drink fountain, and hardly any cups or lids. The bathroom was atrocious. The worker was friendly. Mozzarella sticks were cold and flimsy. I had to wait over 15 minutes because a guy just stood at their counter and no worker asked him to move. So I asked one of the cashiers if they could grab my food instead, and they were super helpful. Maybe consider how your rude customers will impact your regulars, just food for thought. The first thing that stuck out is that the cashier spoke to me in a Friendly manner. She also was very patient and helpful with a customer who was asking multiple questions. She also offered me a Sheetz card and explained how to activate it. Also, the soda machine had a perfect mixture and the ice maker was working very well on a warm day. My work involves traveling the Triangle area and I find the Sheetz chain of convenience stores to be siren-like in their visual appeal. They're just so bright and colorful. Just a short distance from Hwy 64, this Sheetz is convenient to get in and out. I've stopped here several times and the place is always busy. The service is typically quick and pleasant and the restrooms are clean. The fuel prices are competitive.The bologna and cheese sandwich I grabbed for my "eat-on-the-run lunch" was ok even though It had a kind of airline food quality to it. read more

The gas is cheap and the convenience store is clean and has an excellent selection (I really only care about a wide assortment of drinks). However, Sheetz in Zebulon loses stars for being perpetually overcrowded. Because I'm not about to wait in line for gas, more often or not, I end up at the far worse adjacent gas station. Okay, first off I KNOW this is a gas station however besides a WaWa (which we dont have in the south) this is the best gas station one can visit and the bigger, you guessed it, the better! Its not just the tasty freshly prepared food, and its is pretty relatively fresh with great other options besides fries and onion rings. They also have salads and wraps, but that part that makes me return to sheets whenever possible is the fact that if you have a sheetz card you can get between 3-5 cents off of you gass all day everyday and thats something we can all appreciate. xoxo read more

Cheap gas and you save 3 cents with their card. There's a huge selection of drinks and snacks inside, as well as their MTO items. I have ordered several foods, including burrito bowls, breakfast bagel sandwiches, subs, and salads and the food is pretty good for a gas station. My only complaint would be the ridiculously long lines at times. How hard is it to schedule more cashiers during peak hours?! read more

This place looks like a restaurant but it's really a gas station with a large convenience store and mini restaurant attached. They have Clean bathrooms, high ceilings, friendly staff, fresh produce, lots of gas pumps with few people so no wait, and plenty of parking. Nothing exceptional about this place, but nothing wrong either. read more

What is there not to love about Sheetz. If you get their card, you get specials all the time including 3 cents off of their posted gas prices. I love all the options for flavored hot drinks and coffee. The inside of the store is always clean and they have friendly staff. I've never ordered from their food menu, I personally think it's weird from a gas station, but hey I hear several love getting stuff there. So who knows?! read more

Good service, but needs to work on keeping the outside clean, especially the area where you vacuum and where the Air station is located. It's so filthy that I don't want to vacuum in that area. The Car Wash needs to be remodeled and cleaned. I go to another Sheetz nearby for car wash, would love to use my local one more.
