It's nearly impossible to close your account or even speak with someone who has any real authority or decision-making power. Every other month they'll flood you with calls to "set up an appointment" with yet another assigned manager who's supposedly "the top person in the field--the go-to expert for everything." and it's sad because they all read from the exact same script. It was a four month battle to finally cancel my policy, and they continued charging my card the entire time. I had to contact my bank to block all future charges. Soon later after that, they started flooding my mailbox with bills. It's hilarious how I tried contacting them over and over that I have yet to receive my socall family care package in the mail from day one as the promise would fill in all the blanks and answers all questions on benefits etc ..but please Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Keep them far away from your wallet. There are much better options out there.
