And she does this with not only her puppies, but her customers as well. The Pomsky we purchased from this provider is the most perfect dog we've ever owned, and only at 8 weeks old! It is evident these puppies are raised with methodical attention and love. My wife, my granddaughter and I are just thrilled about our little puppy, whom we named Aurora (see attached photos). Aurora took right to us and is very well adapted. Prior to settling with these folks, I had called other breeders and it just wasn't the same. Amanda is down-to-Earth, honest and friendly. I am pretty critical and in this case, there is nothing I can think of that is below standard quality of care. If you're on the fence, stop right here. You'll thank me when you do!

I am used to having ROMEO get haircuts from grooming professionals. I only trust those who go and learn from hair shows. When doing my homework, I came across this shop. So glad I did, because Romeo haircut was absolutely AMAZING! She even did his Mohawk perfectly. So impressed and now I'm sad she won't be in Arizona to give him more haircuts. Pete and Karen are old school (older) and do not use computers etc. Everything is done pen and paper. They are the most honest people I have met and the love their job. Pete is a talker but he would give you the shirt off his back and he LOVES LOVES LOVES animals. We have 3 King Charles and they absolutely love going their. We are loyal customers for over a decade, but after the last few visits are feeling we may need to start exploring other options for our small dogs. There have been scheduling snafus, mysteries where we've just fallen off a waitlist, and the hand drying we always had documented in the system and was much preferred for our dogs with anxiety, fell off their radar and does not appear to be an option any longer. I really liked bringing our Doodle here, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. Last October, I brought her in for her haircut, and what we wanted was discussed with the groomer. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved all the way down to her pink skin. She didn't even look like the same dog! Fast forward to now, and I wanted to give it another chance. I requested a different groomer this go around. When I picked her up today, she looked great! The disappointment was when I went to pay and discovered that my cost DOUBLED from the last several times we've been in there. There was one spot where she was matted, but her entire body was not matted. I was told it was for "combing" but no one ever mentioned any price increase for this. This price reflects a dog that had serious matting and I know my dog didn't have serious matting. The staff is kind and friendly! I think my time with Lilly Bees is up, and I'll be looking elsewhere for groomers.

I loved my vet there but the staff was what set me looking elsewhere for care for my two dogs. I went to South Shore on recommendation from two people. My first experience was neutering my puppy. South Shore was significantly less expensive than other offices (I checked cost) and the service they provided was incredible. Everyone in the office was incredibly professional and caring. I felt totally comfortable with Dr Emily Van Arsdale Trent. She listened and explained how the day would work and most of all demonstrated compassion for my pup and for me. This clinic has been nothing short of amazing. I have had 3 Englishmastiffs. One I had to put…read moredown from a genetic defect that crippled to the point of not being able to stand. Kivisto took care of Titan for most of his life. He was diagnosed with the defect before I came to Kivisto. Once I switched, the Dr. tried everything to help my boy Titan. Meds, orthopedic surgeon consults, chiropractors and many other things. Unfortunately, the disease was not something that could be cured. I finally made the decision to put Titan down for his own well being, not keep him alive for my selfish wants. I brought Titan into the clinic. The staff was wonderful and the Dr even more so. We all started the procedure. Titan started to struggle and was obviously fearful. The Dr. halted the procedure and said "I DO NOT WANT HIS LAST MEMORIES TO BE OF FEAR AND STRUGGLING". She suddenly left the room and returned with a syringe of meds that would allow Titan to fall asleep. A quick injection and Titan fell asleep in my arms. The procedure was then completed. WOW! WHAT DR. HAS THAT MUCH COMPASSION. I am a client for ever. I have two more Mastiff, Zeus and Atlas. They will be cared for by Kivisto as long as I have a breath in this body. It is worth whatever drive you have to make to get to this clinic. AAAAA++++++++
