In the six years since I wrote my last review I have taken multiple motorhomes to Shelburne RV. They continue to do first rate work, but it is taking longer and longer for them to get started on repairs, usually requiring at least 3 weeks for a unit to be returned. I sincerely wish they would offer some means of reserving a service time, even offering a non-refundable a deposit, but they won't. read more

Outstanding RV service repair experience. We had our RV air conditioner repaired and serviced and everything is working flawlessly. The air conditioner ran perfectly -- so well that we set it to 60° and woke up to ice-cold 49° air from the vents and the best night's sleep we've had in weeks. Reliable repairs matter when you're on the road, and their professionalism and quality workmanship gave us complete confidence. One of the worst experiences ever. I dropped my motorhome off and paid for over $5000 in repairs. Just to bring it home with broken parts they " never touched". When I reached out manny was rude and talked over me then hung up on me. Sad to me that companies can be so dang lazy. read more

What a nice place. Excellent service over and above. Very Friendly We don't live in Cleveland Tennessee and while traveling we had some big and small issues with our motor home. We're from Wisconsin and traveling with our RV. At a gas station, we took the corner a little tight and ripped out our gray water release valve. We called Shelburne RV and they were so helpful. They were upfront about the pricing and the amount of time they needed to get it repaired. We went camping (without using our gray water) and went back on Friday and they popped in the new equipment needed. They were prompt, honest and just all around helpful! What a delightful place full of hard-working delightful people! We are on a 66 day rv trip around the country and experienced a fresh water tank leak on our airstream and they welcomed us in immediately on an emergency basis. They were able to identify the problem and help us proceed so we could keep moving. They are honest and their pricing is beyond fair. We were headed to Florida, pulling our 36 ft 5th wheel camper, when we noticed our camper was leaning to one side. My husband checked it out and quickly found that a part of the spring was broke!! Here we are, sitting at a truck stop (luckily) in McDonald, TN at 2:00 in the afternoon thinking "boy, are we ever in a mess!!" My husband started calling places and thankfully he called Shelburne's RV repair!! They were honest and told us that they didn't know if they could get to us that day, but if we wanted to come to their shop, they would check it out and let us know. When we pulled into their lot, a man came to meet us, talked with my husband for a minute and went to work! They quickly discovered that they did NOT have the piece that we needed, because it wasn't actually the spring that was broken, but a part of the spring!! These wonderful people could have easily said "sorry, we don't have the parts needed to fix it", but no, after explaining everything to my husband, they went to work and FABRICATED the piece themselves!! After being there for 3 hours and having a specially fabricated piece of equipment, they said we were ready to go!! Now, here's the part I was dreading, time to settle the bill I honestly COULDN'T believe how fair the price was!!! They told us upfront the hourly rate, but I figured a specially fabricated piece would really be expensive, (and it could have been!!) but it was no where near what we were expecting!!! So, if you are anywhere near their service area or where you can get your rv/camper to them, this is the people you want working on your "home" We give our thanks to God for watching over us in what could have be a very dangerous situation and for placing the great folks of Shelburne's RV repair there for us!! read more

We needed a simple awning part. Got higher prices from other places so we stopped here. They went out of their way to make sure they were ordering the correct part at a way cheaper part and we had it in a day! Awesome service! read more

Cleveland is now Shelburne RV. We had need of emergency work on our leveling jacks on our motorhome and they diagnosed the problem and made the repair. In the process they found another part that had burned out and replaced that - which fixed a small problem we were going to ignore for a while! They were friendly, efficient, and more than cost effective. We would highly recommend using this shop if you have need of RV repair work. read more
