I bought most of my own parts online to save a bit of money and had them install those and a few other things sourced locally. They did an outstanding job and I would not hesitate to use them again. I was quoted $100 flat rate which was very reasonable considering a local shop quoted me $85 just for the tow to their shop. Matt arrived at my home at the specified time. He was able to back the broken spark plug out without damaging cylinder or the engine. He allowed me to watch his progress and answered all of my questions while he completed the job! Jimmy says they are really busy reason took 4 days just to look at the vehicle so if so busy why closing early and not working overtime. 3 weeks for a 45 min job is absolutely ridiculous. Would not EVER take a car to them again so if you can't live without a car for weeks on end don't go here.
