This message is not a reflection of you but rather of your front desk staff, whose behavior today was both unprofessional and deeply concerning. I attempted to provide feedback regarding their communication, specifically their use of all caps in texts, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. I simply asked for our son to be referred to as BJ in your communications to avoid confusion, and while we understood that his legal name cannot be changed in your system due to insurance requirements, the staff repeatedly ignored this request as if I was an idiot. Instead of addressing our concerns respectfully, they escalated the situation, made condescending remarks, and accused me of saying inappropriate things I do not recall, which I found unwarranted and offensive but the icing on the cake is when they dismissed our kids from the practice. I still don't believe it was warranted from my actions but it's clear they want to win an argument vs. build rapport and deescalate the situation. Deny me but to deny kids is petty and super unprofessional. Even I still don't feel as if me being dismissed from the practice was warranted if they went that route. When I expressed dissatisfaction, I was met with hostility, accused of violating HIPAA, and dismissed from the practice without justification. Your staff even brought up personal anecdotes unrelated to the issue, further aggravating the situation. It felt like they were ganging up on me during the phone call, which was extremely distressing and unprofessional. Even other low scoring reviews on here for your business you can see in their responses that they like to battle with customers. They meet people with hostility instead of trying to resolve the issue. I am deeply troubled by how I was treated, especially since my feedback was given respectfully and in good faith initially I admit I was frustrated but still never disrespectful when your staff called me. Which is very normal with conflict. Their responses, both via text and phone, were dismissive, argumentative, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. They have left me feeling unheard and unfairly targeted. Terrible experience with this dentist. I went in to fix a filling that had broken off. The gap that…read morewas left from the fallen filling was on the side of the tooth. Dr. Nguyen immediately recommended an amalgam filling or preferably a crown. I chose the amalgam due to the fact that i was paying out of pocket and was cheaper. When the filling was done, the contact with the other tooth was terrible and there was no floss line left. I came back to ask them to fix it a day later and he proceeded to tell me that the adjacent tooth is needed to support the amalgam filling and that's why there is no floss line left. He told me that if he tried to fix it, the filling would fall out and i would have to get a crown which was about 10 times more expensive. On top of all this, the injection of the Novocaine was terrible. The injection site has been hurting for over a week. This dentist functions like a used car salesman and sells you junk work. Do yourself a favor and don't fix you teeth at the junkyard.

For the past two weeks, I have been dealing with the most horrendous tooth pain I've ever…read moreexperienced in my life. Honestly, a 10/10 on the pain scale. Let's face it, I haven't met one person in life who says they looked forward to going to the dentist. But nervously I made the appointment on a Monday begging for them to please squeeze me in asap to remove the tooth. They very kindly were able to get me an appointment the very next day with Dr. Sheeran. My tooth was infected, so they had to give me Anesthesia to remove the tooth. I have to say, I can not thank Dr. Sheeran enough for what he did. The man is no less than a miracle worker! He is very kind, courteous, with excellent bedside manner. I felt completely at ease from the minute I met him until the time the removal was done. Not only that, but he inserted the greatest IV I've ever had in my life! I Could barely even feel a pinch. We joked a little, talked about golf, and next thing you know what felt like five seconds later I'm wide awake and the procedure was complete. Here we are less than 24 hours after the tooth removal, and I have ZERO pain. No bleeding, no discomfort, nothing. Words can't even begin to express how happy I am to have met Dr Sheeran and have him work on me. Believe me when I tell you, the man is extremely gifted at what he does. I also have to say how friendly and professional his entire staff is. The 2 ladies at the desk were a complete joy to deal with, as well as Dr Sheeran's assistant that aided him with the surgery. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. I hope I never have to experience this type of tooth issue again, but if I do, I'm definitely going back to Dr Sheeran.
