I just received a large bill because they DID NOT take my insurance and nothing was covered except for $46. The medical staff doesn't know if a certain insurance is acccepted? What the bleep? The teeth cleaning was actually about 20mins,but it took me 1.5hour in total to leave the place as there were a lot of waiting. The cleaning was decent but I was forced to take X-ray and a full month checked up even it wasn't necessary and I didn't ask for. After cleaning I was sitting on the chair for 20mins waiting for the doctor to poke my teeth for 30seconds and said that I have good teeth. I don't have insurance,and if you are new patients looking for a cleaning you actually have to pay for : X-ray+full mouth checkup+cleaning. They do provide an annual discount plan for patients without insurance.

Negatives: their billing department runs an absolute racket with shady practices. They try to charge you upfront prior to submitting to your insurance, lie to your face that insurance denied the claim (it was denied because the "claim" was integral to the procedure and no separate payment was applicable), and try to charge you beyond insurance negotiated rates by calling it an "upgrade". Take a printout of your insurance EOB and compare with their itemized invoice prior to paying anything!

I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.
