Our experience was a colossal disappointment marked by shoddy product quality and god-awful customer service. We expected professional products, but what we received from Cabinet Depot was far from it. This company tried to get away with delivering me some lazy, quickly thrown-together wood they call cabinets. The cabinets were assembled with shocking carelessness. Seriously, like they didn't give a single f. Our "finished" cabinets arrived with visible, unprofessional lines drawn in permanent marker; not a single cabinet drawer lined up correctly, NOT A SINGLE ONE. We received a glass door that was never ordered, and the countertops completely ignored our specific tapering requests. The drawers were literally falling apart because there was nothing holding them together! Because they don't use wood glue, they said. Beyond the abysmal product quality, Cabinet Depot's customer service was equally infuriating. Our repeated attempts to reach them for resolution were met with a complete lack of urgency and responsiveness. It was only after we sent a stern email, explicitly threatening to file a formal complaint and dispute the charge with American Express, that we finally received any attention. (I feel sorry for those who pay cash to these people.) Even then, the resolution was incomplete. While they did address approximately 70% of the issues, the remaining problems were left for us to deal with and fix ourselves. To add insult to injury, when our contractor attempted to return unused molding--which we were verbally told would be refunded--he was met with a refusal, claiming it was "banged up," despite us never having used it. Save Yourself the Headache: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Our experience with Cabinet Depot in San Antonio was a costly lesson in poor quality and abysmal customer care. We paid a significant amount for what we believed would be high-quality cabinets and countertops, only to receive a product riddled with defects and a company that only responds under duress. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration, wasted time, and additional expenses. There are far more reputable kitchen cabinet and countertop providers in San Antonio who prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. DO NOT make the same mistake we did.

I was initially there to conduct comparison shopping at the time; however, the availability and competitive pricing of products (e.g., cabinetry, quartz countertops & sinks) prompted me to go ahead and initiate an order with Phillip for purchase and installation accordingly. I especially liked having the opportunity to raise the height of the countertop backsplash from 4" to 5" and to order custom-made cabinets for the bathrooms if I so desired! The project from start to finish took approximately one month, and Phillip was diligent about providing intermittent updates. The installers, Jesse and Juan, were timely, organized, respectful of the property and noticeably competent. I appreciated the fact that NGKB owner, Allen--who also served as the project manager--took the time to QC the installation upon completion! A special shout out goes to one of the contracted plumbers, Beto, who went above and beyond by providing a high level of service and expending the quality time to ensure that everything was functional and operational! My husband and I searched high and low for a dining table, but couldn't find one that "wowed" us…read more We loved the look of a solid slab table but didn't want to pay $7,000 or more for one large enough to accommodate 10 people. So, we decided to build our own custom table. Based on the wonderful work that he did with our kitchen, we went back to Jonathan to see if he was interested in taking on the project. He said "yes" and went on to help us build the most beautiful walnut slab table (105 inches long/42-50 inches wide). It consisted of two bookmatched walnut slabs, each weighing over 200 lbs each. It was a more difficult project than Jonathan expected due to the size of the wood pieces, but he did a great job of finishing the wood so the beauty of the walnut really shined through. We collaborated from start to finish, from picking out the right slabs to finalizing the cuts and the degree of "polish". We're thrilled with the results and look forward to having large dinner parties (as long as our friends don't scratch the table :))

They removed the 40" by 7' center piece, that held the tv, and put a 72" by 7' piece in its place to hold a larger tv. They were able to match all the molding and stain perfectly. I messed up on one thing and Brad said he would come back and fix it. A few days later Brad called me and he came out and fixed the problem no charge.
