She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days.
