They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. Called Plastic Specialties and they were out to look at it within the hour. Without hesitation offered to replace the entire countertop. Called me that afternoon, and said he could take out the defective one and install the new one the very next working day. So impressed with a company that backs their product without hesitation. We've had a few different ladies come, but I am always very impressed at their level of detail with the basic house cleaning. It is honestly the BEST day when I know they are coming -- I wake up so excited knowing that in a few hours my home will be gorgeous! For example, they obviously mop, dust, etc, the normal things you would expect, but they also take out the trash, make the beds, tidy up (it's always so cute going into the nursery and seeing they arranged the stuffed animals on the rocking chair, etc). Today I noticed she literally wiped the soap residue off our our hand soap dispensers and washed the few dirty dishes I had in the sink. I really appreciate them! They are also super easy to communicate with - I appreciate that you can text! I've had to reschedule our cleaning twice and both times they accommodated me last minute and were really nice about it. I see there are some negative reviews here for more deep cleaning services - I have only done the regular cleaning for our 3 bedroom house so I maybe its different in deep cleaning scenarios but I am thrilled with the regular cleaning!
