1 star because I have to soda was flat didn't receive all the food we ordered and paid for. Wasn't offered a receipt. The cashier has had her AirPod in. Which i know is prohibited at the registers. I don't think I even saw a name tag... . I work as a cashier for a truck stop and that service was unprofessional, that would have not been tolerated where I work. Not even a hi when you walked in. My Visa Vanilla Gift card was declined at the pump and so I went inside and bought 25.00 worth of gasoline. There was 100 bucks on the card and what I thought was 75 left on the card . I went into Bryan and ordered a burger and was told zero funds on the card .Crud.So I call the company and they say you have to talk to the bank. I tell them there is no bank it's a gift card. Talk to my manager tomorrow he says . He tells me he doesn't care. There problem becomes my problem. I talk to the manager and he says I spent the money somewhere else and hangs up on me. I have to drive in there and face the man who hung up on me to physically show him that his company took my funds. I guess I have to call the law too cos this is petty theft .They are a franchise that doesn't care that will hang up on you and steal your money .For your own good even if you run out of gas ,do not go there. They don't have to answer to anybody and they steal. read more

I had to speak to the manager the next day . When I did he told me I would never get my money back and hung up on me. I gave him my info on my card and for the next three months visa would return my money and a day later it would dissapear. Several times to makeup companies in NYC and even advertising in the country of Turkey . Retired school teacher living on fixed income . No side businesses. Finally got card number changed and money back after three months. They are crooks. Don't stop , don't buy , keep on going . Next honest station is a half mile down the road. I hope they close this place down. Rude swindlers.

I thought the transaction was complete and then she told me the total $23.47. I had already paid before I knew the total. Something didn't seem right about this whole thing. I questioned the amount and she simply stated that that was the price on the list that she was looking at. I don't think she should be looking at a list to punch in prices it should be scanned. I told her that that price was wrong and she walked away down an aisle and stood there. I went back and looked at regular beer prices and they were $11.99. I told her this was outrageous or wrong. Her demeanor changed drastically and she became disconnected with me and said I can show you the breakdown on the paper. At this point, I knew something was not right. I will be contacting the owners somehow and get into the bottom of this. To me this looks like an embezzling scheme.

So I have had probelms with my AC for a long time now. I just didnt have the time or the money to…read moreget it fixed. My mother suggested taking it to this place and I decided to get take her up on her advice. Now let me give you some important context. My AC worked it just didnt work well. It took 10 minutes to even come on, but would eventually come on. I took it to them for a diagnostic. Drop off went well. Several hours later they call my mom and tell her that my problem is there is no freon in the car. I tell her "Yea i know that is not the issue because i check the freon levels pretty often and it has not been that long since i checked it". She tells them that and then they call back about 30 mins later and say that NOW the real issue is my compressor is bad. Now that makes alot more sense. They say they dont have the parts on hand and have to order them. I say okay and come pick my car up. Well as I am driving the car i start to notice something. My ac is not coming on AT ALL now. Thats odd.... So i get a suspicion that my freon is gone. I go to an auto parts store and buy one of those cans of freon with the gage on it(not cheap). Wouldnt you know it...ALL of my freon is gone. So they took all the freon out of my car...didnt return it...and then didnt tell me they did it when i picked it up. So the next day i call and talk to the mechanic who worked on my car and he tells me that he did indeed take my freon but I should be thankful because they didnt charge me the $125 diagnostic fee...Thats right...$125 to use a machine to read a code. I was like "okay just give me a quote to fix my ac to where it runs real good". I am thinking to myself maybe they will give a discount since they stole my freon, didnt tell me, and then i called to complain about it. Not a chance....He called back and wanted to replace not only the compressor....but pretty much the entire system..for $1600. I was just like....okay thanks for letting me know. I will just live with an AC thats works not so great while i save up a down payment for a new vehicle before i submit to highway robery.
