If you want to spend a lot of money then head to this place. Nice and polite people, but their prices are as high as the dealers.

My A&M daughter has taken her car here a couple of times (oil change, minor). Always prompt and seem fair in pricing.

Their pricing is very fair--because let's be honest, no one enjoys paying for car repairs--but their 3-year/36,000-mile warranty (whichever comes last) really helps ease the sting. That kind of coverage is practically unheard of. The service advisors are always friendly and take the time to clearly explain what's going on with my car, which I really appreciate since I'm not very car-savvy. They're also honest about what services are actually needed and don't try to upsell me on unnecessary work like dealerships often do. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable place for auto repairs.

I got my oil changed at another shop, but they overtightened the cap for my oil filter. When I took it back, they said they couldn't get it off. 3 more shops later (including the service center of my dealership!), no one was able to remove it. In fact, I was quoted almost $700 at these shops because they said they would have to break and replace the housing in order to get the cap unstuck. My husband and I just adopted our first child and definitely don't have that extra money laying around. So on a whim, I called Take 5's corporate office in a panic to see if they could help since it was one of their locations that had accidentally overtightened the cap at my last oil change (the people at this location were also really nice -especially Brittany- and tried really hard to get it unstuck, so Take 5 is doing a great job with hiring their workers). Anyways, I'm SO glad the corporate office referred me to Vince at a nearby location. He and a couple other guys, Johnny and Derrick worked hard for over an hour until they fixed it. These guys are so awesome. Everywhere else I went said it couldn't be done or I'd have to pay tons of money. In the hour or so I was there, I also spoke with Willie, who kept asking if I was doing ok and offered me water. I was also overhearing his conversations with other customers in the bay next to me and he was always so sweet, asking how their day was going, etc. After everything was finished, the manager, Chris, came and double checked to make sure everything was ok. I am so floored with all of these guys and their amazing customer service and determination to help me out. I don't know what they are being paid, but it can't be as much as they are worth . I request raises for all lol. I am a customer for life and will continue to refer my family and friends to this Take 5 location.

My 19 year old teenaged daughter, who is a student, took her 2005 Honda Accord (almost 20 year old…read morecar) to your location and she requested for the "cheapest oil change". The manager on duty (Buddy) told her that the dealership recommends the synthetic oil at $85 per oil change! It doesn't matter what the dealership wanted, she wanted the cheapest oil change. We all know that the 20 year old car does NOT need an $85 oil change! She felt intimidated and pressured and did not realize that she had just paid for an $85 oil change. I called the next day (today) and spoke with Buddy who refused to credit her the difference between the $85 oil change and the cheapest oil change (a difference of $40). I didn't want a full refund, just a refund on the difference. Buddy refused to refund her the difference. I own a business as well so I understand upselling and commissions. The Take 5 employees told her she needed new wiper blades, air filters, blah blah blah. She said, "I'm a poor college student. I don't want any of that. I just want the cheapest oil change please." They still proceeded to give her the $85 oil change. I promised Buddy that I will post negative reviews, fill out the survey, blast this experience on social media and all of the Aggie Network. I'll tell all the Aggie Parents to never send their college students to Take 5 Oil change. We all know how strong the Aggie Network is. I didn't want anything free, but I gave him a chance to refund her and make things right with her, but he refused. So here I am, I'm going to post negative, yet honest reviews on yelp, the Better Business Bureau, social media, twitter, etc and I will share my terrible experience with every Aggie parent I know. Your business is unethical, overpriced, and I would never recommend anybody going to your establishment, especially if their child is a young 19-year-old girl who drives a 20-year-old car who simply requested for the "cheapest oil change".

They noticed another tire was close to blowing out and made sure I was aware of it before I got back on the road. They even rotated my tires beforehand in case I decided not to replace more than what I came in for, which I really appreciated because they didn't pressure me into anything. The store owner and Kenzie were both extremely helpful. They even arranged to pick up spare tires from another location so I could make it back to Houston the same day. Customer service like that is hard to find. They definitely put the "fire" in Firestone. Overall, a positive experience and I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area again.

I went to this location on the 23rd of December 2025 bto get an alignment (I bought the lifetime…read morealignment service) and purchased 4 new tires. While I was in there a technician, Mario came in, and I heard him say "as soon as I saw it I took a picture" . Well, funny thing I drove up that morning and took a picture of my dash because I had an O2 code that was popping up, I took a picture and I cleared it. Mario said that my ABS Sensor was cut and that it needed replacement. Funny thing I was just under that car 3 days earlier, getting my brakes done and replacing the CV joints. Anyways, I got up and went outside while Mario proceeded to smirk at me while I was looking under the car. The ABS sensor that connects to the back of the wheel hub was CUT nice shiny wires were showing, and at no time did I have an ABS light on when I drove up, Mario did it when he was doing the alignment. He crossed his arms as he sat smugly in the chair and he said did you check your email. Never got one, anyways I then proceeded to ask for the manager but he was gone, would be back in 12 minutes. I then called the corporate office and my attorney, as this was dishonest and I wasnt going to pay for it. Then I called O'Reilly's to see if they had an ABS sensor, and they did, but a funny thing: it was just being taken to this Firestone as I spoke to the person at O'Reilly's. I did not pay for the part nor the labor. Mario is a very unprofessional tech and it was my right to call corporate. But it gets better... I asked to have a district manager call me, never happened, asked for an area manager to call me and that never happened and then today Mark calls, now we are almost 2 months later and someone calls me. Obviously,, it is pointless and I wont be calling him back because the incompetent people that work for him gave me rude service. So this lifetime alignment I paid for I will never use again, because it will end up costing me more in the long run. There are good and bad reviews for this place. Make sure you check your car before it gets taken it, take pictures, ask questions and to top it all off they didn't even give me a print out of my alignment but made sure to give me an estimate of some other work that needed to be done. I was hoping to get a refund for my lifetime alignment because I will never set foot in another Firestone and have shared my experience with multiple people and my attorney advised that they are dishonest and now they could purposely cause more damage to my car. Customer service and being a nice person is something that Mario needs to work on and realize that women do know what they are looking at and not be dismissed. The service manager said I didn't have to call my attorney or corporate that it was unnecessary I asked him did he see the cut part and he said no they took it off, however, he ignored me and I had to ask him if he would help me. Last year I would of said the Firestone location was a really good place to go but after reading other reviews and my own experience, I will say use caution. Now I will send a certified letter to corporate that someone will need to sign because getting a call almost 2 months later is poor business and the issue is not solved
