When it was my turn, the young man behind the counter greeted me right away and asked if I was waiting on a pickup order. I said yes, and he told me he was already working on it. He spoke in an easy, personable way that felt calm and genuine. He pulled my order together quickly, asked if I needed a bag -- I didn't -- and wished me a great day as I headed out. I didn't catch his name, but I want to recognize him for his attitude and work ethic. It was a small interaction, but it stood out.
