Then another Yelper changed the address to the same as the Kroger Store... So let's write another one 2 years later since Yelp Support verified My 1st review on My account Smh other Yelper. Do the math and check addresses for a business before changing it! ***** This Kroger Fuel Center is located in the Imperial Plaza at 41651 Garfield Rd near Canal Rd. In Clinton Township. Gas prices change but the fuel pumps are open for regular, mid grade, premium and diesel choices. Plenty of parking spots to pump gas to cash in Kroger Fuel points. Garbage cans nearby plus washer fluid solvent and squeegee to clean up windshields. Outside vending machines with cold beverages and a separate cooler machine with monster Energy drinks. Outside are Two Snack vending machines to buy and Grab and Go in morning, afternoon or night stops. Two Ice Coolers with 7 lb and 20 lb bags to purchase for parties or traveling around. Auto supplies such as windshield solvent and antifreeze. Cigarettes and Cigars at payment window with Kroger Fuel Center Employee. This review is for the Marathon (Rebel ) station on the Northwest corner of Romeo Plank and Hall in Macomb twp. It's been a while since this location was a Speedway AND run proper. The new management team that rolled into town in mid May 2022, Michelle and Sarah have given the place an entire overhaul so far and given it a good deep cleaning it has so badly needed, the mystery smell that was around the cooler is now gone and the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling went poof, the place even seems brighter when you walk in. Everything from cups n lids to the coffee station are finally stocked with items instead of excuses. There were bunches of people complaining that this station hadn't been the same in a few years since the last good manager was transferred out (we miss you Jaime ) This new team is super personable and they give they store a feeling of " I wanna come back here". They would have had all 5 stars except some of their inherited staff is unreliable and don't always feel like being there on say a Sunday morning for example. NOT SAYING they are all slackers just a few less than professional people can have a negative impact on how a buisiness is perceived. I am impressed by the rapid turn around in this store and do hope it continues in the upward trend.

This gas station is part of the Kroger Card reward system wherein you can save 10 cents a gallon on gas at his station after you've reached 100 points...sounds good right? Only problem is that he jacks his price per gallon UP 10 cents more than the Mobil station across the street and almost 20 cents more than the Sunoco at 18 & Garfield...Mobil - 3.35...Sunoco - 3.29!!! SHELL? 3.45...so not only are you not saving anything but he's getting MORE! Do the right thing...call Kroger's customer service at 1-800-KROGERS and ask them why they are affiliated with someone who is so obviously only trying to line his own pockets...AND boycott this place. Send the message that we only want what is fair and reasonable. If you are ALREADY being compensated by Kroger for the money that THEIR customers are supposed to be saving...WHY ARE YOU CHARGING MORE?!!! Today almost $0.10 cheaper than Hall Road. The parking lot's kind of run-down is why I gave it 3 stars and as you can see in my photo attached, the owner is not too familiar with how to decorate his gas station with artificial flowers + for the wrong holiday. I don't shop inside to buy a Beverage or food, so can't say what the inside of the store looks like. Gas up here for the low price, plus it's across the street from a Tim Hortons and also a Valvoline Oil Change on Hayes and Canal

They didn't have anything to put the coffee, creamer or sugar in. So I put the creamer and sugar in my pocket. The guy behind the counter then starts yelling at me, I couldn't do that and I am a thief. And also called me a few other choice words. If I was going to steal it would not be cream and sugar. I work down the street from there and would go in 2 or 3 times a week for coffee..But now you couldn't pay me to go in there.
