My bad for not knowing the city wide fuel prices. When I pulled in and got ready to pump the mid-grade gas, I noticed it was whopping $5.45 per gallon. I halfway figured it was like that everywhere in town so caved and pump around 6 gallons to get me down the road. When I got home I looked around at Gas Buddy and the other online fuel price websites. Pretty much every station in town was/is selling mid-grade gas in the low-to-mid $4.00 range. This is pure price gouging, trying to take advantage of Middle East situation. my car got damaged by the car wash when arm of the washer came down started hitting my car and they knew it was on camera and a video about three years ago. They have never settled with me on this. I had went to them so many times and called so many times they refused to pay for the damage I was a regular customer that spent between seven to $10,000 a year in fuel with this company at least i've always gone to this one particular shelf gas station for many many years and that all I did is want them to fix what they've known that had damaged my car read more

Good quality fuel and at a affordable price. I will search for a shell gas station over any others.

The Shell station at 8th Street Colorado Springs has refused to take a damaged (leaking) propane tank without a receipt. I have spoken to Blu Rhino who advise that their contract requires them to take and replace it free of charge and invite them to call the Blu Rhino 1800 # 1800 258-7466 *1 for confirmation. When I called and advised they said show them a receipt and hung up on me. Rude and an exhibition of stupidity. We will not be giving them business again. read more

Station is ALWAYS out of fuel. You can usually get low grade but anything mid or higher is debatable. They also, usually have a single working diesel pump. I would recommend stopping anywhere else. read more

I should have read reviews first. Really was a bad experience. Gas station was convenient to were I was staying, even if prices were a little higher than average. However, the people that working were rude and in helpful, plus the public restrooms were out of servic, both men's and women's. Should have gone down the street as there was a different gas station less than half a mile away. read more

I normally don't write reviews. Look me up online, ya ain't gonna find much. Anyway, I worked for this place for roughly six months. It was absolutely the worst job experience I've ever encountered. I have a strong work ethic. I can't simply sit around and do nothing. I worked the 9:00 PM to 5:00 shift and rarely sat backed and took it easy. However, no matter how hard I tried, the owner who's name is Dana degraded me on just about every opportunity she had. I realize I'm a simple chimp who worked at a gas station. I realize a trained ape could have replaced me. Non-the-less, if your position in life is support righteous human beings, do the right thing and spend your dollars somewhere else. She doesn't deserve to succeed in business. Support a human that spreads love, not hate like Dana does. read more

Clearly states OPEN 24 HOURS, the incredibly rude and nasty old woman literally cussed me when I asked why through the window, was she was closed, she persist to say none of my damn business an points at a piece of paper she's taped to window and written in with a pen "closed in progress"... well she should be fired, and if there's some sort of off moment they are closed she should be kind and say will reopen in 10 min or 30 min or what ever, when the whole building it's posted 24 HOURS. She's legitimately turned away 3 customers while I was there. Beyond the oddness of being closed she was the WORST, and it's truly PATHETIC the way she treats people. When your on the clock you represent that business, if she is what Shell considers a representation of there business that makes me utterly SICK. Car wash is horrible. You pay 12 bucks and it barely gets your car clean. Save your money and spend an extra five bucks at the 7th wave on platte. At least they offer a satisfaction guarantee. read more
