We stopped in to the Quick Quack Car Wash in Colorado Springs. CO while on a road trip across the country and had less than experience the Quick Quack way. The car wash DID NOT touch or clean the windshield, the side mirrors or even the rear of the SUV. The two teens running the car wash barely put effort to making sure the vehicle we were driving was close to being clean. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We tried to call the location directly after stopping a few minutes later to see if we could come back by and the phone just rang.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it the issues were brought up to to Quick Quack Corporate office they Corporate Office stated we "MISUNDERSTOOD WHAT THE POSTED 100% GURANTEE" was defined as.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While we did not get the services we paid for, nor was the customer service "100% guranteed", the signs does at location do not define or specify what 'QuickQuack' defines 100% guarantee is, than the standard definition kicks in to what "100% gurantee" means. Just because we DID NOT have good experience doesn't mean you won't get a different experience, dont let our experience stop you from going by and wasting your money on a car wash that won't clean your car. This location is quick and convenient. I went ahead and got the membership because at least during the winter it pays for itself. It's very convenient to go through a couple days after the snow and wash the salt off. I get the basic wash which usually does the trick, but I'm not sure if the quality of one of the more expensive packages does a better job. I'm always satisfied with the service that I get and how my car looks afterwards. The free vacuum service is also a bonus since I have a toddler and also from the salt and dirt that collects on my shoes. At first I thought that I would only keep my membership through the winter months, but I'm considering keeping it permanently our two cars. Unfortunately, my reviews keep either getting too old and falling off the platform or getting reported and removed. I'll keep this one short in that case. I used Quick Quack for many years without issue. Then, one day, their wash damaged my brand-new truck. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service (including the national customer service line) and the "claims" process were ridiculous.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They denied the claim, that could have maybe only cost them a few hundred dollars and told me to go for a hike. WARNING doesn't allow roof racks. Was turned away for having a roof rails on my truck. Maybe this is their policy or maybe the lady was confused. Either way having roof racks should not impact an automated car wash brush. Reply: 80% of the Subarus driving through your line have roof racks, matter of fact I waited 2 min while Turk g around and watch one drive right through. Convenient! Affordable. Quick! Quack! I love this place. It's worth it for me to have the regular 19.99/mo unlimited pass. Located right next to King Soopers and on the corner of a busy intersection with gas nearby, this place just works! My only real complaint is that when you are pulling off the conveyor (Duck Duck Go!) the ground is ALWAYS littered with junk that falls off the bottoms of vehicles. For example rocks, wood, tacks, metal, glass...and it sucks to drive thru because you could puncture a tire, but also its the first thing we see when we emerge all fresh and clean! Sweep it up ducklings! Or big Daddy Goose gonna get angry! Lol but no seriously. I like this place! So far so good. read more

My first time there and last. Young lady at check in was nice and pleasant. She offered the top of the line unlimited regular price $29.99 per month but for the first month only $9.99. I agreed to the special of $9.99 for the first month then at the regular price. I was charged $29.99 I called customer service and was told they can not refund me once it is charged. Please don't go there and be lose your money. I paid to get the tires done, well, 1/2 of the tires were done, all 4 were sprayed about 1/2 of the tire... my vacuum did not suck, I had to call someone to come and look into it. Just too many things wrong... specially when I was told I was going to be charged $9.99 and 3 times that amount was removed from my card. This is not the way to do business. read more

I have used another of these "unlimited" car washes in Colorado Springs. Quick Quack is by far the better car wash. I love that they have rollers that clean ever inch of my car. The dryers do a better job as well. Complementary towels are provided if you forget yours...which I sometimes do. The vacuums work great and Quick Quack has a small air pressure gadget to clean into those hard to reach places inside your car. I love Quick Quack Car Wash and have told several people about them. I visited the location on Mark Sheffel (Colorado Springs) on Friday Oct. 16th. It was the first time I had visited a quick quack car wash and I am a customer for life. I choose the middle car wash. Good quality wash and clean high powered vacuums. What impress me the most was their customer service. While vacuuming my mask was sucked up into the vacuum. If it hadn't been a mask made by my dear friend, I might not have cared so much. Elijah, the assistant manager, dug through the vacuum soot to find my mask. He was professional and happy to help. Great car wash. Each wash comes with a dash wipe towel, followed by a bug spray for your front grill, mirrors and windshield. Drying station has a high pressure air gun to get in all the areas water likes to sit and wait till you drive off. Vacuums are strong and placed on both sides for vehicles. I forgot to take a vehicle off my account that I sold a day after I got it washed once mind you. They have records... The bill came in just now and I called immediately to try to get a refund or a credit. I've been a customer for years and they offered no solution or seemed to care whatsoever so I cancelled my account altogether. Which I they seemed to care less. This is low rent customer service that I will not ever give my business to again. I called back and gave them one more chance to step up and do the right thing... oh well. Bad business quick quack and shame on you. Again no solution and no attempt to keep a customer over a 20 dollar issue. Now you lost 100s and potentially 1,000s over a few years. Derp. Waste of money! I ran my VW through. The back end is covered with scratches. The only part of the car that was cleaner were the tires. Completely missed the hub caps. My credit card was charged. Canceling membership is a painful process. My bank account still has not been credited. read more

Had an unlimited monthly subscription for awhile. When I wanted to cancel it, I did so in person. When I came back to use my remaining month of car washes, I found out no one actually canceled it. So I had them do it again. So after using my remaining month mar - apr, I purchased another car wash subscription that is much cheaper. Yesterday I saw that I had a charge for the month apr - may. I called cutover service and NO ONE CANCELED IT AGAIN!! So I had to pay $30 not even for a full month for a carwash I don't even use. Since they have opened, the staff is very friendly and do their job, which is to get as many people to sign up for monthly service as they can. As far as the car wash itself, the machines are the best in town. They get 99% of the dirt and bugs off. Because it is automated, the blowers don't get all the water, so bring some towels and wipe your car down. Don't complain if you don't do that. This is an automated wash and they don't have people to wipe the car for you.....for the money, the best in town. I pay for the unlimited monthly service and wash my car at least 4 times a month. The vacuums have great suction, and they even have a air hose to blow excess water off. I have noticed that 2 vacuum hoses are blocked so I told the on duty staff....if you are a jerk and clog the vacuum don't just walk away tell someone. read more

I have a 2023 Hyundai Tucson and the back window does not get clean. It has a piece that hangs over the window so the wash doesn't get to it. It leaves drips of soap. I was going to get a membership but changed my mind. Going somewhere else or just spraying it myself. Much cheaper and better! I want my money back for both times I paid $21.99 each time. read more

I am very surprised at the lack of integrity your employees have. After purchasing my premium membership for the third time since December, I only received the basic wash. When I went to say something I was told oh yea that happens, just go through again. I politely told the girl sorry I'm not waiting another 20 mins to get my car washed. So How many people have been ripped off by this same scenario to include being charged three times for a membership and never said anything? I really liked this carwash at first. Until I decided to get a membership. I was told by the attendant that if I got a membership that she could refund my last 2 car washes. So I decided to do it. At first it look as if the 2 refunds were in the process of being refunded. But the next day 1 of the refunds were reversed. No explanation was ever even given. I have been trying to contact the manager only to be given the run around. Nothing has been done about it. Their sales people lied and duped me into a $30 a month recurring charge. I went there once. I asked for the "best wash" and they started charging my card $30 a month. Unbelievable! Maybe they need to pay the emoyees better so they don't feel they have to lie for their commission. That or end whatever perk they get for signing people up. I even questioned what I was signing and told it was a "liability waiver". The Manager treated me as if it was my mistake. Why would I sign up for a monthly service when I don't even live in the area? No refund was offered when I emailed their support. All they said they would do is cancel my service for the next billing period and beyond. I have now involved the BBB and that is not going well on Quick Quacks part either.
