The manager just stood behind the cashier and kept interrupting my conversation with her, rudely trying to get me out of the store. The women's restroom has no soap- like.. dispenser ripped from the wall. I mentioned this to them and they just shrugged. In the same restrooms, there are signs urging employees to wash their hands before returning to work, how can we guarantee they are doing that with.. no soap? Very gross. The outside screens wouldn't work, so I had to go inside to prepay anyways. If you don't have another choice, I guess this will do. read more

The customer service! I was told I was a liar and that the premium gas that I was charged for was my fault. I double checked that I was using regular and I was in fact using regular. He said I must've hit premium on accident with the pump. No I didn't! Refused refund. read more

They have a nice selection of food and drinks, but I have been there multiple times between 6:30pm and 10:15pm and the guy behind the counter is CONSTANTLY on his phone. He barely acknowledges me, doesn't tell me the price, does not offer a bag and says nothing else to me. He has his phone propped up next to the keyboard of the register talking in a foreign language the entire time. One time he was video chatting with somone. This guy needs to be fired or at least the management needs to do something about it, but I'm sure he is the manager. POOR POOR customer service. read more

They do not know how to turn on pumps ; Then you try to prepay they do not know how to do that ; then guy says he is new ; he gets someone else that says diesel do not go on or prepay this place is we're losers go; I took my $100 sale elsewhere; never will be back!! read more

Been here many times n it's UNBELIEVABLE the amount of times this worker (idk his name ) but today is 9/1/22 n it's 9:15pm just in case some higher ups see this .. but there's this Indian guy around upper 40's kinda bald with white hair that lets customers wait in line up to 10 mins ... today i walked in n there was two of them .. n there was 4 customers waiting including me .. 3 mins has passed n he was doing some cleaning .. thankfully there was another guy that came back to the register area told him " what are u doing !? U got customers waiting ! .. he Just ignored him n the second one took Care of me apologizing n I told him that it wasn't the first time n that sometimes I gotta wait 5 to 10 mins to be taken care of n thanks to him I o my waited 3 mins Sometimes customers in line walk off cause he just disappears ‍... hopefully this gets straightened up read more

Gas stations can be bright, friendly places. Like this one. Well-lit at night, spacious enough to maneuver around, gas and diesel pumps, smiling employees, friendly customers, good location, food and typical gas station items sold here, clean inside... can't think of anything to complain about other than the slightly higher prices. I'm thankful for this location because it's been a gas life-saver for my truck where there isn't anything else within a one- or two-mile radius (that I know of). Nice gas station. It's extremely clean inside and well kept. I usually have bad luck with coffee at gas stations, but the coffee this afternoon wasn't bad. The breakfast blend was just a little light. The cashier was really nice, despite the reviews, I didn't have bad service at all. They have a pretty nice selection of snacks and things inside. They have a pretty good selection of liquor too. All in all, I will return. It's super close to home, and in case I need some late night munchies, I would stop in. read more

Normally I would not be "writing a review" of a gas station but I was so extremely impressed that I HAD to! Never in my life have I seen a more modern, more "upscale", gas station. It was like a fricken hotel this place!! They even have a separate room with slot machines!! But wait, it gets better - that room has a bar with an actual bartender working it! Crazy?! Right??? I have never experienced a gas station like this in all of my life. Very fancy - right down to the brand new espresso machine and gorgeous granite countertops. I was amazed! This is not your regular, run of the mill, gas station. THIS IS THE RITZ CARLTON OF GAS STATIONS!!! BEST EVER - AND I HOPE THEY MAKE MORE LIKE THESE ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. I came here to get gas while on my lunch hour. I'm a very friendly and outgoing person, and I tried to make friendly small-talk with the guy working. The cashier appeared completely disinterested, and didn't really respond. I didn't feel like he was "unfriendly," just completely disengaged. For me, I require that a gas station be clean (and it was, inside and out), have premium gas, and not be the highest price around. I'm not aware of other gas stations around the area, so perhaps there isn't as much competition in terms of price. It's a gas station I would return to, but I wouldn't go out of my way in order to get gas here. It was... forgettable. And sometimes, that's ok. read more

Nice place to have car wash! Best is top wax wash bits expensive! Comes with free vacuuming that most people love and don't have tine crush to finish with coin vacuum's. Gas is expensive cos its Shale Food and snacks are plenty inside! read more

Extremely rude service!! I love as inquiring about a credit card I left, they hung up on me twice. They told me "I'm busy sir.." They blast annoying music at night, and have tons of mosquitoes hanging out there. Go to Woodman's instead!! read more

Uh...no changing station?! Are you kidding?!! This is a new looking place! How is there no changing station!

Looks great on the outside....but! I've been coming to this area well before this station was built and looked forward to it opening. As of today I will no longer do business with them even though they are by far the closest station to me. I have been treated nothing but rudely. From refusing to honor a sale price posted on there own door, to refusing to put toilet paper in the restroom, would not give change for tolls (these are your customers - you're on a toll-way!), and made a line of customers wait for their personal conversation to be finished before ringing people up. This station is typically over priced as well. Has anyone at this station heard of customer service? I'm amazed people are still paying with their hard earned money for so little in return. They have always made me feel like I am bothering them at the register by just being there, so their wish is granted. I would rather do business with just about anybody else. read more

how come every time i have been in this place,the only nice employe is the guy that cleans and he does not speak english,the manager and the cashier in the morning are very rude and seem like they do not like people,i have heard the manager talk bad about a customer that had a disability,and me and another guy said something about it,and he could not care less.I will never get gas at this place again. read more
