The expiration date was 6/19!!! In order to wash my car, I used today's code, which worked. The attendant told me that I probably couldn't see and put the number in wrong - I put the correct number in three times and it said "number not authorized"! He told me (very RUDELY) that I had to talk to the manager. The "manager" told me that I don't know how to read a receipt. He refused to help me...he kept trying to say that I was stupid AND he kept telling me that I didn't get regular gas (which I did and my receipt shows that) and that where it showed my gallon total was the price per gallon. In other words, he was trying to gaslight me all around. When he screamed at me, called me names and threatened me, I got out and he came with me and threw my receipts at me and screamed at me to call the gas station phone number (which I did and it was the attendant inside answering! Todat, I was verbally assaulted at a gas station representing Shell. I have been a rewards member for so many years that I can't count. So, I only asked for a car wash code to cover the bad one and the $1.67 discount that I deserved for the car wash! I have been attacked for that small amount!!!! However, if they STEAL $1.67 or the $11 from most customers, they are making a fortune via obvious overcharging!

All of a sudden the cashier yelled at the man "hurry up man I need a break" and continued to yell at him to hurry. Another couple of people walked in and were looking at the drink coolers. The cashier yelled "I need to take a break! Buy something or get out". Everyone in the store was in such disbelief of this guys behavior we all kind of chuckled.
