The employee who works the late night shift is very rude. My Boyfriend and I just stopped by to get some coffee, and he was literally serving someone but , when we got to the door, said that they were closed. I understand that they close temporarily in the middle of the night to take a break, clean, etc. But, he was very rude in the way he told us. And this isn't the first time that he was rude to me Another time he told me that they were out of small slurped cups when I tried to use my reward points. After I left, I watched him literally walk in the back and bring out the cups. He's accused me of trying to steal another day. The list goes on and on. Horrific location. Floors are dirty and unkept, employees are very unfriendly. I was yelled at for using a clearly marked restroom that had no sign designating it only for employees. To top it off: once you go inside the restroom there is storage in there NEXT TO THE TOILET. Like 1 foot next to it where lids for their big gulp and slurpees are stored. Literal microscopic particles from excrement are contaminating commonly used public goods. Seriously, do not visit this location unless these deficiencies are corrected. read more

Of all the 7-Elevens around (and there are many) I like this one the best because the staff is so friendly, especially Malka and Gopi. Their cheerful personalities really make it a pleasure to shop there. They always have the same radio station in which plays mostly 80s pop music and I much prefer that to hearing hip hop/rap. read more

Best place in the WORLD!! Do you know that 7 11 now has their own app and you scan for rewards and savings which is pretty cool. 7 11 has finally caught up with the times. I've been knowing the staff here since I was in my teens. They're always helpful and have a smile on their face. Since I've known them for a long time, we chat for quite some time. Besides the random homeless fools and the random yelling coming from the 7-eleven parking lot....from drunk retards in the middle of the night, Id say this 7-eleven is decently ran. The employees/owners can be cold, but I think that is just the way they are. It is well lit even at night and they did some remodeling recently so it looks a little better inside. Wish they would re-do the exterior because it looks outdated. A more modern front/face would enhance the streets appearance. It can get busy from time to time. The parking lot is enough, but can get crammed. At least they always have freshly brewed coffee and some pretty tasty snacks. Not that I eat here all the time, but every so often, I like to "shop" at 7-eleven.....lol. They have a lot of things one would need. It is like a mini-grocery store.....sometimes I get surprised when I go there in hopes that they have what I need......and they usually do. Came here on Tuesday to get some lottery tickets, its close to home so very convenient. Small store, with small parking lot. Employees are friendly, and service was quick. They seem to have everything a bigger 7/11 would have. Its a bit hidden so keep a lookout near White Oak. Its not as busy as some other stores, so easy in and out for all your needs. read more

I am usually a fan of 7 eleven for their astounding selection of items and their usually wonderful and pleasant service. This particular store has the good service and courteous attendants but something caught my eye at the coffee table. The coffee was fresh and decently delicious but there was bread rolls out all over the counter. I don't see this as a safe practice since some of the coffee customers were able to just pick up a piece of sweet bread, sample it and then place it back on the pile. On a good note, The soda and beer cooler looked well stocked, clean and organized. The floors were clean and the overall condition of the store was in excellent condition. There were two male attendants taking care of the morning rush hour of coffee, cigarette and the munchies crowd and they did it with good spirits and expediency. I did notice that on the outside, there were 2 pay phones but no Red Box for movies, DVD's and games. The parking lot was ample and the location provides quick access to the freeway. read more

I asked the cashier if they had Colombian coffee and she said no and that they only had Brazilian and decaf. I poured a little of the Brazilian coffee in my cup to try it and it was cold. I told the cashier and she told me that she had just made it and to make sure to hold the lever a little longer before I, "start complaining." Horrible customer service. I then asked why they didn't have a batch of Colombian coffee ready and she said that they don't have to after a certain hour (it's 7pm) and they're not going to make one just because I want it, "who are you?". This is sort of a smaller and hidden store. It's just passed white oak. The parking is actually ok, the way they planned it makes it super easy to get in and out. The store is dirty and the staff helpful and nice. Never had an issue here. They don't have a huge selection, but they have most of the popular items. Don't like coming here later in the evening, a weird crowd tends to hang out front and honestly it's just not worth the risk. read more

7-Eleven has been around for years and years, and I have always appreciated having one nearby in the neighborhood. It seems like they always have so many things to choose from, and for the past little while now, they have started to come out with many of their own branded products and food items, which are surprisingly fresh and tasty. It's also nice knowing that they are not only open late, but 24 hours. I also have to say that their shelves are usually fully stocked and the fresh fruit usually does look fresh. However, I am giving this location 2-stars for several reasons. The place usually looks somewhat dirty, especially on the floor, back near the Slurpee's and the microwave where you get your own napkins for anything you want to eat. Also, while the staff is usually functional, they often have a cold and generally unfriendly personality. In addition, there have been times when I wanted coffee, but was told, "We are not having coffee for the rest of the evening." I"m a big stickler for cleanliness, especially in public establishments, and also for friendly service and being fully open when they say they're open (like having coffee around the clock, etc.). For these reasons, this location is a rather big disappointment when it comes to 7-Eleven's. Go elsewhere, my friend. read more

So we are clear, this is the 7-11 next to the gas station on Burbank blv and White Oak. I found expired burritos in the fridge area, I showed it to one of the employees around 9:30 pm. He said yes, it says 6-19, I told him today is July 4th, why are you selling expired food, he turned around and dismissed me right away, I put the crap back, only paid for an iced coffee, I told the cashier, hey you're selling expired burritos, you can give your customers food poisoning, he said "thats bad, thanks for bringing to my attention, you can call my boss". I told him I dont want to do that shit, you just need to remove the expired, air filled burritos that can harm your customers, I could have ranted more but the dismissive conduct told me I would not get anywhere. I live 3 houses from this place, but I won't return strictly based off principle. This 7 11 is right next to my best friends pad and i stop by here at least 4 times. The guy at counter Sandip is very friendly. Always has a few good jokes to say. The chilli and cheese is very fresh along with fresh consiments. They are always stocked. Plenty of parking and convenient to the 101 fwy. read more
