I made a stop at this QT while heading back into town after playing a round of golf down at Coweta Club. There aren't a whole lot of QTs (nor RaceTracs) in this part of the Atlanta metro. I was happy to find this one. This is a relatively new "Gen 3" (Generation 3) QT. It's big, modern, and clean with made-to-order food and drinks (QT Kitchens), a nice selection of self-serve, packaged, and bottled food and drinks, uniformed employees, and limited outdoor seating (umbrella-covered). There's plenty of parking, wide driveways, and stoplight-access to Senoia Rd (highway 74). The gas station is bright and adequately maintained. It's got 20 pumps, some of which offer diesel fuel. The gas prices are reasonable. The gas station is open 24/7 and there's free air for your tires. It's for these reasons, I'm a fan of QT and this is just another model store for the company. There seems to have been a lot of development on this stretch of highway 74, south of I-85, in recent years. The car wash next door is relatively new. There are a bunch of fast food and other chains (e.g. Cracker Barrel, Starbucks) nearby.

I was in some tall grass and later my ankle got a little red. I freaked out thinking poison oak. I yelped this CVS. The pharmacist was very helpful, soothed my fears that it wasn't PO and walked me over and got me some cortisone. The checker at the counter was also helpful and sweet. Great attitudes at this CVS.

I found an employee stocking a self. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her while she was on the phone. I was told that there is someone up front and went back to talking on her phone. I returned to the front and waited a few more minutes. I loudly said "Hello" where upon someone came from one of the isles to help me. My order was ready, but I never got an apology for the delay in service. It was like business as usual. I hope to never set foot in that store again

Be prepared to wait as service is quite slow from my experience even when I've gone at different times of the day. Also, I highly suggest making sure your prescription is already filled prior to going to help alleviate some of the lengthy wait time. The store itself is a bit congested with small aisle and looks like one of the older CVS stores. Selections are limited with some things as well. This location is fine if you need to pick up a prescription or a regular item in the store. Other than that I would go to one of the newer nicer locations. Customer Service in there is ok-keep expectations low.

So I did exactly that -- right away. Not even 60 seconds later, my application was already marked DECLINED. At 9:05. Meaning I was rejected instantly, without anyone even reviewing my resume or application. If you're not actually going to consider applicants, don't waste people's time with fake emails pretending you're "excited." Just be honest that you're auto-rejecting people. This shows no respect for people trying to work. I took the time to apply and create an account, and you couldn't even wait a full minute before rejecting me? Frazier's has been around for over 10 years and you can tell. Conditionally, it is showing its age from the lot to the interior. Nothing crazy, just normal wear and tear. Gas is a bit more expensive here, so I usually just stop in for snacks/drinks. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Overall, solid gas station!

However she rolled her eyes and said "yes, I am trying close now" with an attitude, like she always does, every time I walk in there. Then preceded to grab my stuff and scan my item's and huffed in annoyance again when I told her I need 2 packs of cigarettes like i was an inconvenience to her. Like seriously, you chose a job in customer service, it doesn't hurt to be nice, even just fake it a little. So in short, if this is the expected manor i will be treated when going to this store, then i will not being going back. Atleast not during her shift. And I know alot of people that have shunned that fraziers just because of her attitude and being disrespectful to customers. To clarify i do not know how this girl, nor have I met her previously, so this is absolutely nothing on a personal level. I genuinely think she's just a rude person with a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with people in a face to face customer service environment. And fraziers needs to be more diligent in the type of employees they have representing the company. As they are the face of the company that customers interact with on a day to day basis.
