At this point I think it is obvious that I need to move all of my prescriptions to another company. Either Walgreens has a very faulty system that they are unwilling to fix, or they have employees who use their bad attitudes to hurt customers.

The next day I sit in the drive thru and once I get to the front a lady whom I can barely understand tells me she doesn't have anything ready. I asked when will it be ready she shakes her head and says it's over the counter u can just walk in and get it. So basically she has no intention of filing it which once I revisited the app I can see it's like I never requested it. It's available for refill again.

Be prepared to wait as service is quite slow from my experience even when I've gone at different times of the day. Also, I highly suggest making sure your prescription is already filled prior to going to help alleviate some of the lengthy wait time. The store itself is a bit congested with small aisle and looks like one of the older CVS stores. Selections are limited with some things as well. This location is fine if you need to pick up a prescription or a regular item in the store. Other than that I would go to one of the newer nicer locations. Customer Service in there is ok-keep expectations low.

Pros: Beautiful new building, easy access, fast service…read more Cons: Doesn't accept all insurance, so usually much more expensive than 'big box' retail pharmacies. Also does not notify patient if unable to fill scripts. TWICE I was left without needed medications immediately after surgery and was in a LOT of pain waiting on them, only to find out they couldn't fill my scripts nor could they transfer them to another pharmacy, so I had to go back through the doctor's office to send elsewhere. These delays caused me to be in horrible pain without anything stronger than Tylenol for days. Very unhappy about that, so when it happened a second time, I moved my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy manager took care of me, as soon as she heard my issue. She was friendly and helpful. I was in, and out, also. I'm glad I did stop by and handle my business. My insurance paid for my shots and now I'm ready for my trip, and the weather. I'll definitely be back soon. :-)

She told me my husband's pharmacy bill was 636.00, I looked thru the prescriptions before she rang them up and told her there wasn't 600.00 worth there. She said there was 10 prescriptions there and it was 636.00. I told her to look again and the one that was 520.00 was still in the bin. After she rang it up I asked her did they not fill all of them and she just huffed at me. I picked the bag up and walked out. TODAY I am on the path to change pharmacies if she stays there. Not only are their prescription prices MUCH lower, their customer service is outrageously good. AND you get an email when your prescription is ready. Everyone that I've encountered in the pharmacy there has been awesome. As opposed to the tomfoolery that goes on at my local CVS.

They…read moreignored my question, rolled their eyes, and ask me was there something they needed to help me find. I said no. He sucked his teeth rolled his eyes and continued to talk to the manager. Your employees need to learn some basic customer service skills. Starting at the top. Being that I am a general manager of a restaurant I definitely wouldn't have ignored a guest asking questions. If they don't like their job then they need to find another one
