They also carry my mild beef patties, however they do carry the hot and spicy ones too! Ms. Torri and her hubby are the managers who keep this 24 hour store well-stocked and clean. Her staff are friendly, super helpful and always greet you with a 'hello' or 'morning' (we go in the wee hours). Oh yeah, this is our go-to place for our gas fill-ups. It's a one-stop shop that has given rise to convenience stores across these wonderful states of ours. So, if you find yourself in the vicinity of Rt. 80 near the 270 exit in Urbana on Fingerboard Rd, stop by and say hello to Ms. Torri and her staff family!

I have been going there for 7 years so far, and I thought I was getting wood screws, and Sheet metal screws, in my tires from Highway 270, but I was wrong. I have had 8 Flat tires, which cost me 60 dollars for each tire, to be removed ,Patched, balanced, and remounted. This was 480 dollars. With that being said, I went there on Friday, July 22nd 2022, and I pulled into the parking lot, to find 25 wood screws, and 5 sheet metal nails, which were dumped, Probably by contractors, building the many new homes in Urbana. The contractors probably stopped there for lunch. At any rate, I picked up all of the wood screws, and nails, and took them into the store, and gave them to the manager. I ask her "Why do you not clean your parking lot, as I have had 8 flat tires which cost me 480 dollars", and she told me that they just swept the parking lot this morning. OK, I walked out the door into the parking lot, and I found 2 more sheet metal nails, about 2 inches long. If I stole 480 dollars from this store "which I NEVER would" I WOULD GO TO JAIL!!! They do not "AT ALL mind "stealing from me ,however. Shop at this store at you own RISK. I hope I speak for the Hundreds of other people who got mad after finding that wood screw in their tire, and NOT knowing where it came from!! This is the place people!!!

Will definitely be back and would recommend. Very glad this is now in the area!

This location is fairly new so it hasn't really generated on most maps just yet. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I probably wouldn't have stopped. The lot is well used, which is great, it is a welcomed addition in the area. I parked, went inside and right up to the touchscreens. Tapped away until my order was complete. Headed to the facilities to freshen up. Came out, straight to the coolers to grab a drink to compliment my food and headed to the registers. I ended up at the counter here because I needed something from behind. Minimal wait here as the employee stepped away to do something. Once paid I went over to the dining area and waited for my food to be done. I enjoy that they have the screens now where you can track the process of your order. That way you aren't guessing as to why it is taking the amount of time it is. You will see that they have mobile orders popping up as well. Once my food was secured, outside I went to set up my snack for the road. I also stretched my legs before finishing my trip home. Overall, this is a great, new location. One that I would happily stop at again.

When driving from the DMV it feels like the right thing to do to avoid all those highway backups, but in reality, it's not good for your bladder. I was nearing bursting on a stretch of road and was ready to pull over at the first gas station that I saw. At that point, I had no idea where I was or how far I had gotten. I had tuned out the GPS because my eyes were glued to the road to find a bathroom. I finally came out of a tree lined stretch of road and saw the illumination of a gas station. Wawa. Not necessarily my first choice, but I was happy to see the awning once around the trees. Pulled in, parked, nearly ran inside straight to the restroom. Now the one thing that all Wawas seem to lack is their cleanliness of their facilities. I don't know what people do, or don't do, in these restrooms, but they look like the ones you would find in a horror movie. Ones where they have been trashed beyond comprehension. Like how is it that the walls have paint rubbed off of it. All you need is flickering lights and you're set to be the next victim in the upcoming Wawa horror movie. Listen, even though the facilities were not presentable, I still needed to use them. All that horror makeup of the facilities faded away as my bladder returned to E. Outside the facilities, this isn't a bad Wawa. They still do have a lot to offer. I'm still not happy with their food, but I do like the swift convenience offered at the counter. Grab a drink, go to the counter, ask for an item and I was outside. With a lot of my car rides back home I always need to stretch my legs before I get back in the car. I was able to take in a phone call at the same time. While outside, I noticed that this place wasn't very busy this time of day, very early in the morning. If only that could be the case all the time.

The moment we pulled in, we were greeted by the store's giant chicken statue standing proudly out front. Of course, we had to take a photo with it--it was too fun to pass up. We stopped in for drinks and a bathroom break and decided to sign up for the Royal Farms rewards app so we can earn points whenever we're back in the area. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and overall a really pleasant place to visit. The customer service we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the quick stop even better. We have witnessed an extremely fast employee turn over, over the years with most all employees being or having been true short timers. We have seen good staff and bad staff. We have seen staff that appear to care and others who are just looking to have their shift end. Specifics to point out their slushie machine has not worked for going on to four or so weeks! Oftentimes, their chicken has looked like it has sat out for an hour or so. Their potato logs...are hit or miss. We have also noticed that there have been numerous times where a single staff member had been left repeatedly alone for late night busy shifts. This sort of business practice is not only insane and unfair to the lone employee but it is likewise extremely unsafe for them. They did have one staff member though that really stood out. He continually worked the night shift many, many times alone. He was always on top of things. The store itself was always in order and clean under his watch. The chicken was always fresh and in good supply. The potato logs again, were likewise always fresh and plentiful under his watch. We repeatedly saw that he was bombarded with customers placing orders but yet, he was always pleasant and always prepared to provide them with excellent service and meet their needs. Sadly, as of late, we have not seen him there. My guess is that he got overworked and worn down doing so many shifts alone. It does currently appear that he may have been replaced with some new employees who definitely seem unknowledgeable about food preparation, quantities or store maintenance. In its current state between current staff and store maintenance I leave this location a single star with a single suggestion... fix the slushie machine...having it not working for over a month during the hot summer is not only bad business but is ridiculous!
