I went in the store to get a refund and the clerk says to come back next week. I asked why. He said, because I purchased the car wash at the pump. What does this have to do with anything? He refused to help me. They are selling car washes at the pump when you get gas, but I've never seen that it works. I tried once before and was able to get a refund. Never again. When will they invest to fix it or remove the car wash option from the pump? And put a sign out that says the carwash is not working and a cone. Other issues: Multiple other times I have tried to pay for gas at the pump and then am instructed I have to go inside. Another time I tried to get gas and it was so so slow that I had to go to a different gas station all together. The gas price here is often more reasonable than some others in the area but it's not work the extra headache.

Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? I didn't have an appointment but experienced no wait. They attended to my concern right away, looked at the tire that was triggering the light and did a thorough check. They didn't find any nails or leaks. They topped off all 4 tires with air, and also took the time to explain why they think the light came on (weather/temp). They told me to keep an eye on the tire pressure for the next couple weeks and bring it back if the light comes back on and stays on so that they can dismount the tire and do a further inspection. I really appreciated their attention to my concern. I may start coming here for all services.

I needed a piece of duct tape, and they were kind enough to give me one. Overall the station is clean. THe bathrooms are clean and you can pay at the pump so you don't often have to wait. It is very close to our house, and while not the easiest place to get in and out of, it isn't the worst place to get in and out of in the area. Plus the prices are pretty good on food items (other than Subway) and on gas!

I showed up the next morning with my husband. An attendant told me that I just had to wait but in the meantime I should call my bank and gave me a customer service number to call. I called the customer service number, the rep told me they were supposed to issue me a refund. I reported that location. I called the station and told them if am not issued a refund, I will be calling the police. I showed up to the station, all of a sudden... a refund is possible! The attendant said he was able to do some accounting and see that there was a discrepancy and that the transaction HAD NOT been voided like he said it was. So if I had just waited like they said, my money would be lost and the incident forgotten. Always get a receipt, always get proof of what they say or you will get scammed. People work entirely too hard for their money to play these types of games.

The car was driven roughly 10 miles over the last 2 months. I took the car back today and now they said there was a problem with a tire and an axle. Each inspection cost $160. So that is their scam. Just fail one thing after another instead of finding all problems at once. Also, they like to upsell, so be careful.
